Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Neil, Take it easy there on Darin.  He actually, I think does have part in this wether it be monitarily or not.  When you started this thread on a Public forum you put it out there for all to see and respond wether or not they are directly linked to this.  As for me personally I want to see the P.I. report not because I donated monies to the fund (which I did) but just to make my own decsions on this matter.  I agree maybe posting the report on this forum maybe a bad idea.  I agree that Mr. Crowley seems less than reputable from the postings Rich put up.  But, I would like a copy for myself and before this whole board swear I will never breathe a word of it, just want to know for my personal self.  I dont feel im entitled to the information because I sent money but just for my own satisfaction Rich please send me a copy.  Anyhow the world is still turning and I have hungry herps to feed!  Mike

I have tried to leave you alone, but you're addressing me personally.  I never said I was entitled to anything.  I simply said that this thread, like all others, should be given all information as soon as is possible.  That is my opinion, and I AM entitled to have one of those.  I became personally involved when you emailed me with cursings and hateful attacks on me as an individual.  

You don't like me anymore?  Fine, I can live with that.  All I was saying (and still say) is that your situation should not cloud the fact that every other thread here seeks and welcomes every bit of information with open arms.  If I never see that report, I won't lose one second of sleep over it.  But to be completely consistent, you better never ask anyone to show any kind of proof of anything ever again on this board unless you personally lost money on the deal.  That is the logical conclusion of what you're espousing in your own case isn't it?

Show me the report or don't, I know what I need to in order to judge the credibility of everyone who has emailed me.  I'll not address Neil, Dave, or any other protagonist in this mess unless I am specifically addressed first.  I don't need anymore nasty emails showing up in my inbox.
 
John....That's an easy one...I put my opinions and thoughts on to other threads with the knowledge that I'm NOT looking for anything in return! If you think, that I think, I'm God ....man, are you wrong! All I do on other threads is try to give my honest opinion of the problem, and to help whenever I can....and, "most" of my advice is very "sound" advice....most of it, I've already lived through...been there, done that...that's what having 50 years of life's experiences can do for you! You learn things...you learn what to do, and what not to do...it's like on-the-job training...if I can help somebody out by telling of MY experiences and opinions, then that's what I'll do....with nothing expected in return....public forum or not....

BTW....we just reached my goal! 50,000+ hits...1000+ responses...100+ pages! WOW!!

This quote was taken from the original proposal concerning the donations for hiring the private investigator.  When it is appropriate, the report will be made available to ALL whom are interested.  It was never suggested, nor will it be the case, that only those persons whom paid the donations will receive this information.

And everyone please note the 'as appropriate' clause I put in there way back when this all started.  Even back then, I had the foresight to realize that there may be extenuating circumstances to deal with.  Such is the case now, and I ask that you support (or at least not bash me for) my decision to try to do what is best for now.

First off (again), this is the second (that I know of) time you have attacked Darrin. Just in this thread alone. It is apparent that you have a vendetta towards him. Why? Because he DARES to question the Almighty Neil?

Second (again), go back and read alot of your posts in other threads. Granted, there are bits of advice here and there. However, most are predominantly attacks on people perceived to be bad guys. It's right there in black and white. Typed by your own hand, my friend. Before this thread started, you were involved in almost every thread. Good guy or bad. He!!, I used to read your posts for a good laugh. But face it, Neil. There is NO way you were personally involved in EACH and EVERY thread you've posted in. Period.

The same holds true to YOU. Regardless if you were "trying to help" or not. You were not "personally" involved in the circumstances/events that surrounded most of the topics you posted in. Hence, you had "no business there in the first place".

John...What makes you think I was attackng Darrin??? All I did was explain why (in MY opinion) he, and anybody else that didn't donate to the fund, didn't have the right to see the report?? That was all I was doing? I was not attacking, I was giving "my" interpretation of "the right thing to do"...What Rich does with that report, is totally up to him! I've said that all along!

John...As for the second part of your post....yes...I'm in a lot of posts which I don't know personally...but (except for maybe one or two) show me a post where I keep coming back and back and back and back....I say my piece, and then I'm usually out of there! If I "bawl" someone out, it's usually warranted, and then backed up by a lot of other people "bawling" him out, too! But, there is always proof given by the author of the post by him posting the other guy's emails, pictures of dead or sick animals, or things like that....I don't just arbitrarily attack someone for no reason, and even then, if I'm shown to be mistaken or plain wrong...I am the "first one" to come back on and apologize! I certainly don't consider myself infallable...everybody makes mistakes....but, that's the only way you learn...you make a mistake, you face it, you apologize for it, you learn from it, and you try not to do it again....Neil

Man ill tell you what, you guys/gals make for some really good entertainment, most of you that are wrapped up in this are really starting to look like a joke, you got Dave over their jumping up and down yelling "HEY GUYS LOOK AT ME I CAUGHT NEIL IN A LIE" as he runs around waving his flag all proud of himself, then under his breath you can hear him "i smoked but never inhaled" then ya got neil who I can only assume is determined to destroy what ever reputation he has left by giving everyone fuel for the fire, so this thread stays up top longer and longer for more and more people to see, didnt you email me last week and tell me you were never posting in this thread again Neil?

hey its all good though two good things have come from this thread, me a TC have talked on civil terms now, and now thanks to you guys I know how silly I looked in some of those other threads that I was in

Ok everybody, new here qne thought I would respond.  Yes I read all 102 pages, yes I need a life, and a job, anybody in VA, hint hint.  But here is the deal.  I've never dealt with anyone on here, with the exception of e-mailing neil for his website address because none of the links on here were loading in my browser.  But there's the thing, thinking about it this whole thread generated interest in his site.  Not to put blame on anyone or to side with anyone but I can relate to Neils responses to all of your questions.  I  have been accused of similar things and been completely innocent, everything you say get's taken out of text.

 As for the memory lapses, If you don't think you are going to have to defend yourself on it, why should you remember exact dates, times, what everyone said.  I have a hard enough time remembering my kids birthdays, my age, home phone number.  And no, I don't use drugs, I.Q. tests pretty close to genius range, and I haven't been hit over the head.
( well lately anyway.)  I do understand being upset over being lied to.  But you have to wait till it's proven.  

On the last point.  I am new to the hobby, wait THE hobby, there is only one right? And to all of you, as a hobby, industry, whatever, it is amazing that everyone stepped up to the plate with the whole donation thing.  Where else would people, competing for the same customers, help out each other.  Just wanted to commend everyone on that, and Webslave for this whole thing and that's about it.
