    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Jeff....Thanks for that! Finally...another person with the guts to tell it like it is! I'm just like you, Jeff....I've got a 158 IQ, I've been in advertising for over 30 years, and I know people! I "know" what getting your name out there is all about....and it doesn't matter if it's not always in the best of light.....I can't tell you how many dozens of emails (like yours this morning, Jeff) that tell me they can relate, that they know what I'm going through, and not to worry about the 5 or 6 people here that like to "fan the flames"....it's really laughable, their attempts to "quote" me all the time, and try to turn my words around are getting me so much more business it's incredible! Keep it up guys...I love it! Why do you think I keep coming back and pushing your buttons??? I know you'll respond and keep this thread "alive"....haven't you noticed all the "sold" signs I've been putting on KS lately?? Every time I post an animal for sale...it "usually" sells in two or three days! I've sold animals to 2 people that have posted "here", too! A lot of the folks on Kingsnake DO read this thread and they know all about it, and they can see right through it?? People aren't that gullible....for every person that says my reputation is being shot by my own words....I get 10 emails telling me to "go get 'em", and my "rep" is doing fine! They've done searches on me, they've seen the advice I've given in the past and present, they've seen the help I've doled out, etc, etc...You think if I called one of you guys about an animal "you" might have for sale...you wouldn't sell it to me??? Yeah, right! I don't even think you guys are that "rich" to throw money away because of "principle"!! You know it, and I know it!....and on the other hand...Jeff is absolutely correct....this thread has really piqued a lot of peoples' interest in my webpage, because....I've got "quality" herps and people know it! I'm as honest as the day is long! And people know "that", too! They also know that they will always get sound advice if they ask, and they will never see a bad guy post about an animal coming from me! So, you guys have fun.....that's for Ritchie (and I still want to congratulate him on his cb "neonate"), John Reese, Alvaro, Dave, Darrin, and one or two others....believe it or not...I hold no animus towards you guys at all....you've given me a lot of extra business.....thanks! ....Neil

I will admit one thing, though...up until about three weeks ago, I "was" feeling nervous about my very tenuous situation, but, since then...with all the positive emails and phone calls and visitors to my store I've gotten....my spirits and tanacity are way up there! I'm really starting to enjoy this....

To all the folks that have put me in this spirit....thank you, and I will never let you down! I'm here to stay (much to the chagrin of some), and I still plan on doing my best for anybody that wants or needs my help with anything! That's what "family" is all about! Thanks again ....Neil

Back your words with proof. Period.

You've got a website that has pics. So you can attach proof into your reply. Prove that your sales are up. Post receipts/bills of sale. Have your customers post on here. Have your "supporters" who send all their praises to you post on here. Better yet, post the e-mails and pm's here. We all know you are famous for that. Put your money where your mouth is. Numerous times, you have lied on here in this thread. And it has been proven. Even by yourself. Let us not forgot about your KS ads.  Specifically the one that had died and you listed as sold. Remember? You listed it on KS as sold. What about the one you listed as stolen? You later recanted that and said "Oops, I was under alot of stress. Sorry". So provide proof here that you are actualy selling these snakes. If you provide proof, I will gladly come on here and admit that I was wrong. I have to hand it to you. You are good. You are very good at slanting things in your direction. But I for one am not buying your BS. Period. I have yet to see anything to back any of your claims. As well I have not seen anything to back Dave's claims. What I have seen is the way you attack those who disagree with you. I have seen the way you lie and shade the truth. As well as Dave. I do not believe either of you. Period. I am not on either of your sides. Period. I am a nobody to you. And I am comfortable being as such. I really could care less. Who knows? Maybe down the road I will forgive and forget. It could happen. Things could change. But for right now, I just want to know the truth. If you wish to berate or criticize me for that, be my guest. John Your feelings about Neil are correct. I have dealt with the "genius" and he is nothing more than a salesman who runs a reptile shop. I wish I had saved all the e-mails I had recieved from Neil. It would shed some light on how he treats his customers. Very poorly. A lot of promises, that evaporate and turn to hate mail when he is called upon to honour those promises.
Neil, that should be worth a couple of sales. You're welcome!
 
I have a question, "Blonde phase Burm", Neil you are saying that "you" had and sole a Blonde Burm ? That is funny due to the fact that there is only 2 know of that morph. So are you "confused" or did you mis-represent the snake?

It seems to me that if all these people are writing you and all these people are buying from you (2 of which have posted on this thread)then surely they would have posted to say to the entire thread that they have, right? I can only think of 2 reasons why they don't :

1)there is no one to post because you have made it up.

2)they know that you are wrong, but they got a great deal.

Everytime you have ever sold a snake on K.S. you have always post "THanks (insert name here) and Kingsnake the (insert snake here) was sold.

So why not do the same thing here? But give the people something or way to check to see if you are telling the truth.

The term "Blonde Phase Burm" can be used for any burm that is Blonde in coloration i.e. lighter than normal.  The name "Blonde Phase Burm" has not been copyrighted by anyone as of yet.  The image  of this animal that Neil sold as "Blonde Phase Burm" can be seen via the link below. It sure looks like a BLonde Phase Burm to me.  And its obvious the customer thought so as well.  I was on the phone with Neil when the customer came into the store to purchase it.  And this customer is a well known person in the industry.  I don't blame him one bit if he does not want to come on here and post.  With all the name calling and mudslinging that goes on here I would not want to get caught up in it either (which i don't).  I have nothing against you  at all Dave.  AS a matter of fact we talk and socailize at the shows we attend together. But I don't think what your trying to do is getting anyone enything except deeper in dirt.  I have kept my mought shut on many occasions on this thread because I did not want to get involved.  But there are a few things I now feel I will post on here. The above being one of them.  Another is some of the animals you have listed on your web page as your animals are available to myself and anyone else who is licensed to import animals and can contact Mr Wah or Vincent Koh from Waco Exotic Reptile Enterprise in Malyasia. I do not wish you bad dealings in any way fashion or form.  I just wish this whole vendetta you have against Neil (for whatever reasons I do not care)would go away.

Casey...I seem to remember my only deal with you was a couple of years ago when you bought a Bearded Dragon that your friend let jump off his hand onto the floor and hurt his leg (which wasn't my fault)...then you try telling me that it was hurt during shipping (which also wasn't my fault)! You went "ballistic" in your email because you wanted me to cover a $300 Vet bill....do you remember that?? I even went so far as to send you $100 in compensation even though it was "your" fault the Beardie was injured! Yeah...I'm real bad to work with, huh??

John....the sky is only "red" because you drink too much (lol)....As far as you're concerned...I have "no" crediblity at all, so why should I bother trying to convince you of anything???

John...for you...here's "two" of the sales above...Stan Chiras came to the store and purchased the Burm (after seeing the ad on KS)....Stan is exstatic with the him, too! Stan is "also" the one that bought the 1.1 Adult Veils while he was at the store!! But, it's ok...I've got "no" credibility, so you don't have to believe that, either....

Dave....did you finally get the hint that "someone else" doesn't want you anywhere near her store anymore??? She runs a clean shop and she'd like to "keep it clean"! All of us "clean" shop owners are "always" looking for ways to keep unwanted pests out of our stores! Stay away from "both" of us! Stay with Amazon....they don't know you, yet! ....Neil
 
I'm not sure what would make you two (Dave and Neil) think that it is a good idea to have this thread online for anyone to see, but I hope you both realize that this is going to cost you both business down the line. To be as petty as you both have shown yourselves to be over and over in this thread. Why the hell would anybody ever want to put themselves in a position to have to deal with such immaturity and pettiness? You both need to grow up and learn how to deal with a situation like this. I wouldn't sell you anything, no matter how much money you offered me, because I have no interest in dealing with you long enough to count back your change.  Nor would I buy anything from you, no matter great a deal it was.  Those two statements have nothing to do with the quality of your animals (I'm sure they're terrific), but rather they have everything to do with the fact that you have completely burned your bridges with me.  Now, once again, I'm sure that doesn't bother you at all, and I am certain your business will continue to thrive as mine is (more of a paying hobby on my part, though).

I still have ALL of the emails you sent me where you lied to me and made false accusations about my posts on the BOI concerning you.  I still have the ability to show those emails if the mood ever struck me, but I haven't tried to contact you or say anything about you for some time.  However, you keep bringing my name (misspelled as it always is, though) into the fray.

Neil, I told you this before, and I'll say it now again.  I take you for a liar.  I don't think you're a malicious liar; I think you've only lied to cover yourself when your memory or your judgment has let you down.  Many people are willing to overlook those types of lies, but I am not.  

You threatened me once in an email (I have the proof) that I had better stay off this thread.  I told you that I stand by what I say and post.  Even so, I am not going to post anymore until the final report is posted, if it ever is.  In the mean time, Neil, you need to leave me alone.  Quit bringing my name back in this thread, and I won't have to address you in any way whatsoever.

I have had thoughts of one day becoming a dealer and a breeder. But you are seriously making me have second thoughts. Because I truly care about the reptiles I keep. I could care less about making money off of them. If I have to act like you to drum up business, then I want no part of it. It really is sad. There are quite a bit of decent and honest dealers out there. Who know what customer service really entails. All you talk about is your business. Your money. You never talk about the animals themselves. You are a sad excuse for a herpetoculturist. It's all about the money to you. Oops, I mean the sales. Make no mistake, Neil. I'll say it again....If you question my honesty, I will (verbally) come at you with both barrels....as "you" did, John, when someone questioned yours!! You might have done it with a little more tact than I, but you still "attacked"! Tell me you didn't?? ANY honest businessman would do the same....there are "countless" numbers of threads on this site attesting to that fact....I just do it with a little more venom....
It's like what happened with BC....before his whole fiasco started, his reputation was way up there....then he gets attacked (for reasons that were a lot more scary than my problem)....and yes....even BC flew off the handle....it can happen to anybody when provoked....but, his rep hasn't been damaged one iota! Everybody knows that some folks can yell and scream with the best of them (some of you might be married to them, lol), but they still love them!! Excellent point. I have questioned your honesty. Try and step back and look at it as I would. An un-involved third party. Would you not question the honesty of a person whom blatantly lied? I am referring to the KS ad and the "alleged" stolen snake. You bet your backside you would. You have done so in numerous other threads. So I ask you, is my questioning you unwarranted? Not by a long-shot. Ok, so now I have questioned your honesty. I welcome your response at any time. Feel free to "come at me with both barrels". I will not deny you that right. Nor will I disrespect you for doing so. I enjoy verbal sparring matches. Regarding the time I was questioned: You are quite correct on all points. I did attack. In some instances, that may be the case. From my standpoint. Sometimes, as in this case, I look so hard for falseness or hidden meanings, that I can't see the forest through the trees. In THIS instance, I was wrong. For that I apologize for my smart-a$$ comment. Mind you, that is only based on if you are telling the truth.
