    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm starting to think I might like the idea of tubs over tanks,,for maintenance purposes.They have to be easier to keep clean.I have one of my snakes in a 75 gal. and the other in a 40 breeder.The 75 needs a complete cleaning :eek:, been a little too long since I kept up with the spot cleaning.
Would it be a hard switch for the snakes ?, what size would I use for snakes in the 4' to 5' range ?.

I know most of you have too many snakes to have them all set up in tanks,,so let me know what you are using for what size snake.Thanks :)

Iris' CB70, or Sterilite's 41qt, tubs are pretty comparable to the floorspace of a 30gal long tank. They aren't a bad size for 4-5ft colubrids. If you want to give them a bit more room, you can go with CB110's or CB75's...or, bigger still, the Sterilite 74qt (of course, the options for finding racks for those tub sizes is much more limited - lots of people do CB70 and 41qt racks)

Thanks guy,,I did happen to check some out at WallMarts.They had the 41's and 50's that had wheels,,not bad.I don't think I'll be using a rack set up, I should only need 2 or 3,so I will stack them.
I have a 41 that I had set up for my new Cali,,while I was trying to sell my old Cali.It seemed to work fine,and I could get away with a small UTH for the one end.
Hey Harald,,I'm selling my corn snake,,if you know any one looking.He is a male,normal color phase,maybe a bit over 4' , and thick.:yesnod:

You're better off with a rack - even if its just a really simple homemade one. I think Kim would be less than amused if she found a loose snake.
