    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I'm new to our hobby, Thomas, but I sure do love my one single snake. I'd do anything to ensure it lived the best life possible, even if it meant giving it away to someone else if there came a time when I felt I wasn't capable of that. It's an animal, and it never asked to live in our captivity.

I've read this entire thread, and you certainly have set yourself up, buddy.

Someone in Texas who's read all this could easily pose as a local buyer, convince you to meet up with them somewhere, and then simply punch you in the face out of principle.

Show some love to your animals. Please?

Ok glad that is setting in.

She is sick with the neurological issues. Don't you have a copy of the vet letter. They apologized to me for it not being on a letter head and the typo. They said people were calling their office and seeing if I actually went. That is totally absurd and disrespectful. It is totally absurd that people called my school and work place.

What you need to do is go my what the vet has diagnosed. That should answer your question.
 
I am entitled to a return and return shipping. So please paypal me the 60 bucks and I will send her back. Or print a return label for me.

I am not doing any more work for this. If the credit card company tells me to send her back I will, if they don't care then I won't. If you want your snake at that point you will have to pay me 120 dollars and get this thread removed.

I am not making videos for you, or letting you speak to anybody. I am not doing anything for you. I hope that this lawyer helps me so I can press charges on you and this website for harassment in my school and work place.
 
Rob, I think the suggestion a few others made not that many pages back is a good idea- If you get to the point where you are ready to accept the animal back, first request a vid of the snake alive and sitting on a newspaper with the current date on it.

Preferably not placed upside down.

With all this talk of "if it dies at the hub" or "if it dies during shipping" combined with Mr. Dorn's general "defective inventory" attitude about the animal, it would serve him well to provide concrete visual proof that the snake is alive and healthy enough to ship the day of, or day before, sending it out.

I will gladly accept her back, less shipping, if you can show that she is healthy.

I will gladly accept her back, and pay for testing and shipping, if you can show she is sick. You accused me of selling a sick snake that shouldn't have been sold.

That vet bill doesn't really show either, and you haven't been really clear on her current state.

I think you'll win the chargeback.
 
It is not about winning or loosing. It is not a battle. It is just about acceptance and compassion. Your like a tattle tale. You got to run to the BOI and make me look bad. Your a child. You want to wage a war like a child would.

Like I said I will return your property after your debts to me are paid.

BOI threads are not removed (with the exception of rule violation in the title/missing name in title)



Simple question - Why will you not let Rob speak with the vet to confirm that paper you posted? seems like that would clear a lot up either way...

The thread will be removed and the website will be shut down if found in violation with the law.

What this forum is, is nothing more then a public defamation board where people can antagonize others. Your first post is wrong and heavily opinionated, and against the law. You can't post someones address and contact information for ridicule (which clearly has happened) in a public manner, unless they are a public figure.

You can have a rating system, but not a defamation forum, where anyone on the internet can write anything and post personal information.
