In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

lesions cause my inclusions can. Inclusions are too small need a microscope that that.

I think he made it when he saw the snake doing what it did in the video. Moron. Your an idiot. Why doing you watch the video. Are you fn blind? Gezes.

I am talking about looking with a microscope. I beg to differ with you. I am currently in a PhD program for physics. I don't want to hold that over anyones heads. some inclusions can be seen with the eye

I gave up debating with Stupid 20 or so pages ago. This is nothing but humorous at this point. Sadly, you guys are fighting a lost cause. Thanks for the good laughs though. Charlotte, Rob and Rich you guys have valid points but the Monkey cant seem to understand.

As for the snake, if/when it does get shipped out I am offering to give it a permanent NON BREEDING home if Rob decides he wants to sell it.

I mean do you think it would have made a difference? That stuff shouldn't matter. Rob should give me the benefit of the doubt. When I get around to selling a snake I want everyone to be happy with it. He said he sold 50 this year so what is my 650 to him. It's like everyone jumped on me for the tube feeding thing which is just so crazy. Shouldn't have even said that. Thats rob trying to spin the story around. It's not even a hard story to believe given the spider gene.

That is great if she lives then that is where she will go.

If you go back and ready robs responses if your smart enough and unbiased you can see he was making a lot of stuff up like. swollen throat/neck. The other thing is he is believing this that are not true. Like this

"My belief is that you tube-fed the snake water after her cage/rack overheated and she is showing signs of that in the video."

This was the only email I got from him he left it out of the first post

"Can you tell me more? What did/do you feed her? Is your setup good (80/90, hide, water bowl big enough to soak in, good humidity,..).

I don't mean to offend, but you say you fed her yesterday (Saturday?), then tube-fed her Sunday? I have never heard of tube-feeding water.

I am certain she doesn't have IBD. Mom, dad, and brother are here and are fine, with very little wobble.

Your snake looks swollen behind the head, near the top of her neck.

She seemed like a good eater when she was here. Has she eaten well for you?

Do you have a vet in the area that does reptiles? I'd like you to give her a couple days to digest Saturday's meal and recover from the tube-feeding and then take her in to a vet. I'll pay for the vet checkup.

If not, I can send you a shipping label (after Christmas) to return her, at which point I'll refund your payment.

I am going to challenge your Paypal dispute, though, and will issue a refund on my own terms.

I am sorry that this is happening...first time for me, too."

50 snakes seems like a lot to you, but when you add in his time, overhead of keeping a roof over his head, snakes warm, fed and equipment it adds up QUICK.

Avg hobby breeder makes 10-30k before taxes. And spends a good half of that just in heating, water, feeding for their collection.

Before i sold off my collection not long ago, i was spending 300-400 a month just to maintain my rodent colony. That didnt include my electric bill, water bill, gas bill, which all play a roll in the animals as well as other supplies. To us Hobby Breeders $650 is a lot to just come up with on a whim 2 weeks after a snake is shipped and said to be fine.

Yeah. Too bad neither Jekyll nor Hyde know anything about snakes. The only thing they've managed to accomplish - aside from absolutely proving their lack of knowledge - is to take a cue from BallBids and post enough nonsense to bury the damning information. Hence all the individual, short replies, as opposed to addressing multiple people per post. The more pages that this thread goes on, the less likely he thinks people are to actually read it and see him for what he is. Or maybe it's just a compulsive need for attention, with some delusions of grandeur thrown in for good measure. Either way, at this point, we're just feeding into his neuroses.

Did you see the video I sent to your yahoo account?

She is in a 15quart steralite tub in my rack. 88 on one side 78 on the other. She has been eating very well up until what seems is her wobble got very severe. She seemed dehydrated so I soaked her, and with just a small about of aquarium air tubing tried to get some water in her mouth. She is holding her head sideways which is a sign of IBD. I would like to send her back, but I do have a very good vet I can take her too. I have been keeping ball pythons for 2 years now the only thing I had pop up was a minor scale rot .

I am sorry to say, but the snake is not doing very well. She ate yesterday but when I went in to check on her today she was having a very hard time moving around. I thought she might have actually been dead. I tube fed her some water because she looked dehydrated. I will let you know how she is tomorrow. She was fine for awhile I really don't know whats going on with her.

Maybe that is true, but it's besides the point and irrelevant to the fact i keep my snakes very well and healthy. and the one rob sold me is just a bad one and should have been refunded without this forum. Thats why he's got a bad guy and deserves it completely.

He is big enough to not need fauna lets put it that way. I would say he is in the top 10. I have been buying a lot of snakes form him all beautiful stuff. I know he will always sell to me.

I don't care if he needs Fauna or not. You are here and you need to follow the rules of this site. If your going to claim someone is telling you he is passing off a bad snake and trying to keep your funds you need to name your source.

Saying something like "my buddy says you are a thief" is a third party quotation. There is no ownership to the accusation being made. Not allowed here. Let you buddy come in here and say it, otherwise it needs to remain unsaid.

If you don't get a refund, and this forum is indeed to blame, then I think it's done its job. The BOI gave you the venue in which to either garner or piss away any benefit of the doubt. Sadly, you chose the latter. This forum tossed you some rope. You're the one that chose to tie your own noose, with your admissions of glaring incompetence. I believe stupidity should be punished, and if you're held solely responsible for the problem that you created, I think justice will have been served. As i said, you have ZERO credibility, however, even on the off chance that your other snakes are thriving, it's despite your practices, not because of them.

There can be, some of them are very big breeders. If you need me to do that I can. They probably are just unaware that this is going on. I told one of the more famous breeders about this and he said it's extreme wobble and they probably knew it and are trying to keep your money. I am not going to drop any names unless he says it's ok. But I know that you know who he is.

A neurological problem can be minimal (thus, a breeder only seeing the minimal) and can, then, become hugely worse due to stress alone (any other factors aside).
You, yourself, said the wobble was minimal until that one Sunday after it was fed the day before (a couple weeks after receiving her).
Therefore, the comment/suggestion, in bold, (~if~ stated while knowing all the facts of this case) is a bit absurd.
