    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thats what someone else said. Now I was happy with the snake for quite some time. Thats what makes this more complicated. I am getting a refund from the credit card company for this snake if rob is going to be a child about it. There is no way I am paying for this snake in the condition i was in. Like I said rob was fine the reason why he I did the bad guy is because he was actually accusing me of hurting the snake. The way he spun it was the other way around that i was accusing him, but if you read the emails he left out you will see he is actually sugarcoating the story. He's a bad guy because he made a big deal out of this for no reason trying to hold on to money that is not his money. He is not honoring his advertisement. Instead he is bad mouthing me this forum trying to rally people to his side. Thats not going to work. He is going to have to get bast the vet and creditcard company. That's not going to happen. He should just realize that instead of dragging it out.
 
Now would you still file a Claim to collect your refund if say he only had Live arrival guarantee or say 3 day Like I had in place.

I say this, as per legal once you send payment, you accept that sellers TOS and is legally binding. I never offered past 3 days, nor have i had a problem like this but if i did My TOS would stand in the way and stop it.

This is where Rob needs to ditch 30 days and do much shorter time frame.

There are a few people on here that will surely make sure your future potential customers know what kind of person you are. I surely will keep an eye on your profile and make sure I dont buy from you. I will also warn others and to offer a 90 day warranty is retarded and you will be in the same boat as Rob, because there are stupid people out there that will harm, kill or just not like the snake they receive, then you will spend all your time issuing refunds, stressing snakes out with roundtrip shipping and crap. your not thinking clearly. Maybe you can pull your phD courses out of your ..... and use it to think more clearly and sensible.

Might as well make it a 1 year guarantee, for all of the good it's likely to do you. If potential customers stumble across this thread, they'll see a plethora of reasons to avoid you like the Plague, or IBD. As you've so excellently demonstrated, there's always a fresh crop of uninformed newbs who, despite the fact that they know nothing, want to just jump right in and try to cash in on the morph trade. If anything, they'll be your bread and butter. I foresee a lot of Craigslist ads in your future.

This isn't an inquiry. It's an "INFO" thread, which is intended to provide crucial information that people will want to consider before doing business with you. Had the seller been the unreasonable person that you're trying to portray, he could very easily have made this a "Bad Guy" thread, and I think he may have been justified in doing so. Especially after reading all of your posts. I can assure you that many people wouldn't have kept their cool with you like he has.

I've had no interactions with Rob, and have no interest in ball pythons, but, after this, if I'm ever in the market for one, he's going to be the first place I think to look. I can pretty much guarantee you that no one is going to read either this thread, or your juvenile retaliatory one, and decide that you're someone who they'd want to associate themselves with.

It's said that you guys can accept my video into you head space as factual. I appreciate your time and energy put into this and I know it sucks. And sucks for the little one. Have you ever been diagnosed Bi-Polar or with a like illness? This kind hearted reply isnt going to hide the crazy uneducated and irrational posts from you previously from your potential future customers.
 
I've notified your academic advisor and am not stopping there. This is no game. Not only have you created problems with a good seller, a little critter seems to have come to harm while in your care.

It's not that i caused her harm. She is just a messed up snake. Geez. I am a responsible owner I took her to the vet. What more can I do.

We will let the readers decide what happened. It looks like you were sent a healthy snake, and after tubing the snake, not knowing what you were doing, it went downhill. Then of course there is the matter of how you have treated this community.

You took her to the vet. and what happened?

Did they do any testing? No.

Did they offer further testing? One would assume.

Did you bring her to anyone that is medically qualified to deal with ball pythons? Does not seem so.

If I walked into a doctor's office and the doctor looked at me and he goes "You have cancer, there is nothing we can, sorry" without doing anything more than just giving me a basic exam, do you think I would take that with a grain of salt, or believe it?

Seriously, kid. You cannot say you paid a 60.00 examination fee so now everything and anything is known about that animal.

Your ignorance is blatantly seen in the fact you think you have done nothing to stress this animal out. If you truly believe that, you know nothing about boids. Constantly picking her up, flipping her every which way, checking on her all the time, not giving her a chance to just relax and chill out ... all of that causes stress. Force feeding water would most certainly cause more. You are so incompetent that I would not even leave sea monkeys in your care.
