In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

What I've done to you? Now I know you are kidding. You have accused me of having IBD in my collection! Have those guys PM me, or have them call me. I'm not going to go back and forth with you feeding your meglomania or need for attention or whatever it is.

Just let me know when I can talk to the vet.

I don't want you to get more infractions. I also defended that I thought the letter was real. I also said that I'd refund the snake if she's healthy. I have patiently stood by while you have called me names, insulted my intelligence, blatantly lied, etc.

I will admit that this is becoming tiresome to me, so I should probably just go to bed. If I've become short in my responses, I apologize.

Now, let's get this settled. Next step, I talk to the vet. Just one question, honestly: did you remember to tell the vet about spider wobble, or not?

I want all address, websites, pictures of my dwelling removed, or I am pressing charges, and seeking legal action against this website.

I addressed this on your profile page after you posted on mine.

We don't remove posts from the BOI. If you have issues with something someone posted your issue is with them not the site. As spelled out in the terms of service (which you agreed to by signing up to use this site and the rules are required reading)
messages are not deleted. Threatening a lawsuit ( see bold below) isn't going to win you any sympathy either. I suggest you read those rules. Here are a couple of quotes from the link I previously sent you.
YOU have to take responsibility and ownership of the words you post here. So take great care in how you craft your statements. Once you submit your message, it will be here PERMANENTLY, no matter what happens afterwards.

I am going out on a limb and expect a lot of flak from people by providing this forum, so if you are not willing to stand up, state your claim, and put your name on it, then I'm not interested in providing you the space to make anonymous accusations.

I expect I will get a number of requests from people asking me to delete some message that someone else has posted about them that is rather unflattering. Bear in mind that I cannot, and WILL not be a judge in these matters.
Your word will carry no more weight than the other person's word, whether I know you personally or not. All of these types of requests will be refused, no matter how irate and threatening the request may be. As such, please note that I reserve the right to publish such email in the appropriate threads in this forum, as evidence of MY own dealings with YOU. Anyone sending me these types of messages, or of any other type, specifically give up the right or expectation that this correspondence will remain private, at my discretion. In such an instance, such correspondence will be considered as MY contribution to what is known about the parties involved in a dispute. The more abusive the correspondence, the greater the likelihood that you will see it published in this forum.

As a FYI, I have several times been threatened with lawsuits from people demanding that I delete a message unflattering to them, OR ELSE. I am fully aware that anyone can sue anyone else and not have a shred of legal basis to support their suit. But understand that I AM protected by law from liability stemming from any message someone else may post here. If you wish, you can study the following link:

I'll address it a little more personally and not as a moderator. Besides the information being public record ( as stated by everyone else) and available you might fill your lawyer in on a few more facts.

Even if it were private to begin with (which it isn't) you would have changed that.

You are using your name, address and phone number as part of your business identity. You use that information to do business on this very site. You buy sell and have a so called breeding facility on your website. That is publicly viewable worldwide along with your registration information.

Your name, phone number and identifying information is on that website, used in the registration of that website and part of it public displayed on your facebook business website as well.

You give your address, phone number, name when completing business deals to acquire breeding stock for that fictitious business name.

So even if it were private you have given up all expectations of keeping so by volunteering it up publicly in your business activities.

Yea I did. I told the doctor about it. I don't see what talking to the vet is going to do. He is just going to repeat the letter, and also that is going to take a lot more time. This letter took sometime remember that? The vet said to send her back exactly as she came.

I have done so much to show you that your snake is at fault. I should not have to be taking this much time out of my life to deal with this.

I think you should just right now send your address to paypal so we can get this process started. Thats what I want you to do. So i can get this out of my mind and get back to my work.

Paypal has my address, Thomas...always has. I am a verified member with 20+ transactions. They are in the process of reviewing your claim, which I escalated from a dispute for you.

Should they find in your favor, I suppose all of this is moot.

A little while ago you said I could talk to the vet. Now I can't? Will you, or will you not, give your written consent for me to speak with him? If not, I'd like you to take that snake somewhere else, for a thorough checkup, on my dime.

Yea you can speak to the vet. As for the heat packs I am waiting till you initiate the refund since, they go bad and I am not going to have baby snakes for awhile.

You are dragging this out.

Thomas, you said you would be getting your money either way; paypal dispute, chargeback, lawsuit, whatever. Why are you not getting prepared to ship the snake back? You are so sure that you will get your money back, you should already have the supplies ready to rock. Perhaps it is because your vet did not say that the animal was healthy enough to ship? That is the ONE thing Rob asked you to have him write. If he wrote that the snake was healthy, he would refund your money. It is nowhere in that letter that the snake was healthy enough to ship. The doctor that you were basing your lawsuit on may have said he would send it back, but didn't say anything else.
The paypal has been upgraded from a claim to a dispute. If you win that, you need to have heat packs ready. If you don't win, you will do your charge-back, and if you win that, you will need to have heat packs ready. If you don't win that, you have your lawsuit. If you win that, you need to have the snake at the location so that you can hand it over if you win. Just buy some heat packs. I know you are going to win something! How could you not? Hell, if it makes it to lawsuit status, and you win, you may be able to get the heat pack money too!

Ok I will order them.

I asked the vet over the phone to write if she was ok to ship back, and that is why the nurse wrote that "Dr. ... said the snake sound be sent back in the same way. etc... " So that is the written confirmation rob wanted. It is just not in the letter but in the email to which the letter was attached.

I think you are right.

Thomas, you've really not done much to support your claims. If you are innocent, you should be screaming at the vet to talk to me.

There is a Paypal claim in the works. If you think I am going to refund you before that snake is back in my hands, think again.

Elaboration is requested.. Just how can of all parties involved... The snake itself be at fault? Did she just decide one day "I know what I want to do today.. I want to send my Neuro-expressions into overdrive!" I swear man, why not just give it a rest.. 73+ pages is more then enough to show not only are you full of yourself, but also of bovine excrement. I lost track of how many times you proved to the community that you are indeed a novice when it comes to not only husbandry, knowledge, quarantine, and diagnosis procedures and protocols. Your video-graphic "proof" only proved that you don't have care for the animals you own.. Tossing it around to show it's inability to quickly right it self? As far as "not having to take this much time out of your life" "I have many other snakes, so she isn't my priority" (I'm paraphrasing here) etc etc etc.. I am currently in possession of a small collection (only about 30 or so) and if one was sick, or was showing signs that medical evaluations were needed.. That would be my primary priority, but at the same time I would still make sure the other members of my collection would be taken care of as per norm, and would hold the same priority as per norm. It sickens me to think that a living creature is viewed as dollar signs and nothing more. Do us and your collection a favor.. Sell them off to keepers and breeders who will care for them and not simply look at them as overhead...

Dude just give your address to paypal and you will get the snake back. When you get it back paypal will refund me. Just do it though that process. Just end the dispute and start the process. When I talked to them over the phone, they said they were asking for your address and you have not provided it to them yet.

How can I speed this up for you, Thomas?

Just end the dispute tonight, and give your address and I am ordering heat packs. I got a perfect small box for her to go back in.

This snake is now famous I am sure someone will buy her really quick.

So she's healthy? It's your dispute, dude.

I will never agree/admit to having a sick snake, because I don't. We've just slipped about 50 pages.

Rob, I hope that poor baby isn't too badly damaged when you get her back. I haven't read the entire thread, but the sheer magnitude of everything he put her through in less than a month was bad enough. Good luck!
