In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Thomas Dorn - aeterrabyte

She is not an acceptable specimen to be added to my collection for breeding purposes. I am not satisfied with yellow for the price I purchased her for.

She has a severe neurological defect that was inborn. I can give the snake a permeant home and she will not be breed, but you would still have to refund me.

Noobs... Quit speaking out your rear end. All spiders are Inborn with the Wobble. Some show it more than others, and in this case was your fault.

There are only a few things that could have happened here, Thomas:

1. The snake has severe 'Spider Wobble', but showed little/none of this before December 23 (18 days after you received her and one day after you force-fed her). If she does show severe Spider Wobble, what took it 18 days to manifest? I offered to pay for testing, but you haven't had any done.

2. The snake is fine.

3. The snake was injured while in your care.

Which scenario happened, Thomas, or is there one I am not thinking of?

I was not analyzing her every move, i know she had some wobble, but i did not realize the severity until a few weeks went by.

So with your 2 years of experience, you still don't know to pay a little extra attention to new arrivals...I don't believe for a second that you simply wouldn't notice something so exaggerated for a few weeks. Somebody mentioned it earlier, but I agree that it's quite possible you fried it's brain with that nice "rack" of yours.

But she ate a rat the day before she was dehydrated, right? And you noticed no wobble then? I think you used the words 'all of a sudden' to describe the onset before.

She always had a slight wobble but it got much worse within the time I had her. I think dehydration due to the wobble and her not being able to find water was the cause. In other words the wobble caused her to get dehydrated which made it worse.

The details actually don't matter at this point. Thats what your not understanding and I just hope when the snake gets sent back you accept it and don't let her die out of spite.

And I saw on your add that she did not eat for the first 5 weeks so she was born with something brewing.

They do to me, which is why I am here, and to my reputation.

Here are some details for you:

1. You were sent a healthy snake with little/no visible wobble, by your own admission.

2. You lost your PayPal claim.

3. Your chargeback case has not yet been resolved.

Do you have shipping supplies?

No I never said that. I said she was acceptable. What's the deal with the first 5 weeks of not eating. I think that's the detail you need to focus on. I have ordered shipping supplies.

It's on one of the adds you relisted. Then you deleted it and relisted another add with out stating she did not eat for the first 5 weeks.

trying to sweep that under the rug?

She is very nice, but she is not worth 650. I saw some being given away for free with sever wobble issues.

And I saw on your add that she did not eat for the first 5 weeks so she was born with something brewing.

Thomas, is it a fact that all ball pythons that don't eat for the first 5 weeks have an inborn problem??? If/when you hatch out a few clutches, you'll quickly learn otherwise.

As it's all been said countless times, I don't really have anything to add. Not really interested in further feeding his pathological need for attention. However, I did notice one slight detail that you may want to look into: As a Contributor Level member of the site, you can leave him a trader rating. For those who may be interested in doing business with him - and somehow discount his karma rating as well as missing this thread - seeing a 1 in the negative column of his detailed trader ratings page may help someone else avoid having to deal with what you have.

Yeah, I am going to bed. Thanks for bringing this back here, Thomas. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Let me know when you are ready to admit that she arrived to you 100% healthy, eating, and with little/no wobble (let alone IBD). Then I'll gladly talk about refunding your purchase.

You have already agreed. That is what I am trying to explain to you. You agreed when you accepted paypal's terms related to chargebacks.

At this point it's just a matter if your going to be spiteful leave her in the hub, or accept her back. She is your snake
