    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wanted to get some thoughts/input on this lil guy I picked up a week ago. I'd go into my thoughts on him , but wanted to see what others thought. Pics were snapped off in succession, can aim for some better ones later. At first glance it seems like he has breaks it his side pattern, but these few spots are actually the belly markings jutting up the side of the snake, in fact closely inspected he has totally connected side patterns - zero oppurtunity for flames.(the hazy/junky one of the pics is showing this...better ones later like I said)

I'm not a big fan of male dinkers, as they usually just produce more normals (something that I'm trying to produce NONE of). The pic of him lying on the floor just looks like he has a cool pattern, but still normal; however, the belly shot has me intrigued. He definitely looks interesting.

Good luck with him!

Yea I wasn't focused so much on his topside but more on whats goin on underneath , here's a couple others.

I've seen this similar pattern in my friends het clown she had. Including the belly. Plus the more gold color was prominent too. So possible het clown?

he's so cute! I like his funky pattern

I know barely nothing about ball python morphs but I did want to say that clown was the first thing that popped in my mind.

I have a lot of het clowns and none of them have even close to that pattern. He's a very cool snake but I don't see anything genetic going on with him to be honest. Good luck it would still be a cool project because even if he isn't a morph he may still pass on some cool patterns to his offsprings.

I'd agree with Dustin on the het clown issue, he looks nothing like any of my proven het clowns. That said, I'm far from male heavy as it stands right now, so I can take on a project or two and give him a whirl and see what he throws out. Thanks for everyones input.

It would be really neat to see what that pattern would do if passed on to say a lesser or enchi, I know a lot of people like spotless combos but I like heavy pattern and I bet it would look really cool on any morph.

This "dinker" Matt picked up from me came in from Africa and was selected by myself amongst 13,000 unsorted balls at the time. He was in my top 50 from that group and to be honest I know a few breeders who would buy that animal from Matt right now. My opinion on him was a harlequin type. Which I believe is how I advertised him as. There are many harlequins proving genetic, some are going to be big time projects. Dan Wolfes Rio, the quin-stripe (widestripe) from Europe, Amir and NERD both have lines of harlequins, and a lot of them have the characteristics this snake has. I have my own animals I'm working with as well. Even the X-treme gene from Ken Macek is what I believe to be a co-Dom harly type and I think it has awesome potential and a nice price tag too!

Good luck with this guy Matt! I think he's awesome! If you want to move him, let me know.

Yes indeed, "shout-outs" to Brant and MLR for this little guy. I'm not moving him man, I see what I wanna play with in him. I was just looking for some random thoughts. I stay sidelined from these "social'ball'networks" and do my thing, wanted to give it a peek. I dumped about 80% of my breeder males after last season to make it easier on some remodeling I had done... so there's ladies to spare... I'll line a few up for him and keep ya in the know with what goes on with him.:beer:
