Thank you April! People like this are the reason for we have so many of the laws and regulations taking away our rights to own these animals! I love all my babies like children and try to care for them that way. The biggest improvement we can make in the animal trade and the entire pet world is to out people like this that give everyone in the pet trade a bad name and ammunition for those trying to take away our rights to responsibly raise, breed, sell, and keep these animals. This is more of a love of the animals than a livelyhood! The majority of people know you have to love the animals first, show the love to others, and hopefully they fall in love with your animals and buy them! lol, sounds like alot of BS!!! but thats the way it should be, and if your first priority isn't to care for these animals, you shouldn't be here!!!

UPDATE, on Mr. wonderful.

I found him on another website advertising White throat monitors, & Sulcata tortoises, using the name Mike Zhang.

I contacted the site owner by email and filled them in on his antics~They immediately banned him from advertising, and suspended his account, and they said, he won't be able to contact anyone advertising on that website??

In addition, there is yet another email to ad to the list of alias's.

There are some serious mental issues involved here. Who on earth has time to come up with all these different names and email addresses, and try to remember who they are supposed to be? This community is pretty good at piecing things together and stopping these guys from ripping people off. The problem is the "novice" local people that are probably buying from him and have no where to turn when they are scammed. I'll have to keep an eye out locally, since this loser shares the city with me. Having worked in a local reptile store from 2000-2009, I have to believe I have met him numerous times. Sad that people do things like this, let alone knowing that the well-being of animals is involved.

I think these are yellow ackies, and he's passing them off as true reds. and he refused to allow me to pick-up even though he is within driving distance from me. he wants to overnight-ship it 30 miles. I called off the deal.

I have tried to contact Kingsnake.com twice! they're just as much to blame! as long as you pay to sell on their site, they don't seem to care! Here on Fauna there was immediate inquiry. He failed to show proof of who he was and was immediately banned! I will not buy from Kingsnake.com ever again! They show zero concern for their buyers. If they cared at all sellers would be required to have a review page to know who they are dealing with!

I'm not a mod (I'm sure one will be along soon), but it's my impression that, especially to make a BOI case, it's better if your sister registers her own account. Please do, it is really important to get reliable information on this kind of issue.

This guy screwed me as well selling me a mortally ill leopard tortoise he claimed was healthy. The frustrating part is that the sites let him post ads and paypal takes payments. I submitted a dispute with Paypal which was pretty quickly closed with no documentation. I can provide vet documentation on the animal's poor health, but Paypal closed it because this guy responded with "the animal is healthy, but shy".

Aside from this lying thief I will never use Paypal for a large transaction ever again.
