hello
here's the story i was contacted by tim on wed of last week. he was interested in tradeing a 6 and a half foot female columbian, for some of my 75% diamond jungle crosses .so he sent me his number and after talking for abot 20 min over the phone the deal was done. i was going to send him 2 yearlings for a very dark female columbian . durring the deal i refferd him to this web site several times so that he could see my feedback and feel safe in the deal. to which he stated that it wasnt necisary . he was to ship first today on monday 3/1 and when i received his boa on tuesday 3/2 i would ship my animals out the same day for him to receive on wed 3/2 and thats the way we left it . so i went out an d bought a cage for the animal so that i could properly house her. so after not hearing from him today with the tracking number ,i called him and left a message for him to contact me .at which point he ims me(instant messages)via aol and proceeds to tell me how he feels funny shipping first and how i should show good faith in him and ship first and that if i didnt the the deal was off. i then emailed him the links to the threads about me on this website and asked if he could provide similar references to which he couldnt . needless to say i wont be getting my new female boa.what gets me the most is that this person actaully thought that i would sully my good reputation over something as inexpensive as a normal boa(like i would ever do it anywayfor ant reason} !!am i wrong to be upset? has anyone here had simmilar expereinces with this person? i get the funny feeling that it was he who was actually trying to rip me off but thats niether here nor there . the way i see it is he contacted me about his interest in tradeing formay animals so he should be the one to ship first am i wrong? please your opinons is apreacated here
