    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So all of those are excuses Amanda. First off, when you are willing to ship an animal then you will have to eat a cost somewhere especially if you live that far away from a shipping site. Whether its the 5 dollars extra that you could have said and I would have paid out or the gas money that you had to spend to get there. As for the 67 then I would have also been willing to pay for shipping if I could have had the dragon for 100. What it boiled down to between us is your pride got in the way of a sell because not 2 days later the SAME female I was interested in, you were willing to sell for 100 or 125 + shipping. Did you hit my Do Not deal with list, yes you did. You were in no way willing to work with a new customer and to me that makes no sense at all.
 
Ok I was reading this thread I was going ( I am just not now) to read it all the way through. But I have to comment on some of the things going on here.
FIRST with all of the things happening in the reptile Industry now WHY WOULD YOU SHIP A SNAKE 2ND DAY? knowing that it is indeed illegal you put your own business on the line as well as your freedom
SECOND I havent been in the Reptile Industry long and I know with some of my previous post I may or not be takin seriously But I know enough that if I recive an animal I question its ability to thrive I would be in contact with the seller

Alright, you're both my friends on here but I'm going to be completely honest for the sake of the animals.

First and foremost: Shipping USPS in the middle of the summer? Are you both new to reptile shipping, or just lazy and cheap? Also did anybody check the temps before shipping?

Now for the quality of dragons, I'm not at all a dragon expert, but I did get a beardie, and 4 leos from Amanda. I've got to say they were EXTREMELY good quality animals. Yes she did do the 3 day shipping which pissed me off, but I will stand behind the quality of the animals that Amanda sent me.

Also as far as dragons, and leo husbandry go I am in fact a newbie. So Amanda helped me through email to learn about their husbandry, and actually helped me enjoy my dragons, and geckos ( which at first I hated because I understood them about as much as they understood me ).

Anyway Shawn, and Amanda you're both really good people and I hope you get this all sorted out. I understand how upsetting it can be both when an animal you just got dies shortly after arrival, as well as being the sender and for no aparent reason your healthy animal that you shipped dies.

I really think you two should work harder to work this out without throwing around the word scammer.

LoL Shawn. I paid for EVERYTHING that I won (two auctions). Again, I only bid on items I was willing to pay for. ;) If that makes my hands dirty, so be it. I at least follow procedures, as well as policies that do not hinder OUR hobby! I do not VIOLATE the Lacey Act, unlike you. If my hands are dirty because I had money to burn, are your hands dirty because you dont?

Guilty about what Shawn? I am lost here. This isnt about me, its about you. Do I feel guilty that she posted a bad guy thread about you, absolutely not. Its warranted as you have no problems having your son-in-law violate the Lacey Act in your name. Nice cover up job posting the "SYR receipt" for something YOU sent a long time ago stating that its what she is saying went out USPS;)

Im not ANYONES behind the scenes man but if someone comes to me for advice, I am going to give it to them (even if they dont want to hear it).
