    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I sent them some reptiles via Fed Ex COD. I specified COD CASHIERS CHECK with FED EX but instead FED EX accepted a personal check. I received it deposited it and the check of course bounced. I knew these peoples reputation and did the right thing by specifying Certified funds but FED EX let me down. FED EX has tried to go back to there house and call them but they have disapeared...

I filed a claim with fed ex but under fed ex's policy when Shipping live animals they assume NO liability for any issue. Including delivery failure, COD non payment or DOA's. Period! This is in the agreement I signed so FED EX will do nothing to help me.. I am offering a $250 reward if someone knows them and can collect my money. They owe $1570.25. Thanks

I'm genuinely curious -- If you knew their reputation, why did you sell them animals in the first place? And how was a cashier's check COD supposed to work? If they didn't have one pre-made and FedEx had actually done their job, those poor critters would have ended being returned to you in the mail, a lot of extra stress and time in a box to take the gamble that these folks would actually follow through properly on their payment method. That seems awfully risky, to me.
 
I hate to point out the obvious, but it could have just as easily been a fradulant cashiers check and I doubt FedEx would even verify the authenticity.

I'll do some searching and see what I can find on them.

All the best in dealing with this mess. I know how upset you must be feeling.
An out of the box thought... Since you're offering a reward, maybe see if there's a skip tracer in TN you can hire? I'm not sure what terms they'd want, but I'm pretty sure on bail bonds issues, they get a percentage of recovered funds - someone like Dog the Bounty Hunter :)
$1500+ is no small sum, so it may be worth it?
