My first fauna classifieds transaction was to buy 1.3 rough scaled sand boas from Tom Kurk. Tom answered all of my questions quickly and to my satisfaction and encouraged me to feel free to ask about anything else during and after the transaction.
The boas arrived as expected, when expected. The animals were packed very securely, in individual bags, and with an appropriately placed heat pack. Tom shipped via FedEx- a plus in my book, and held for pick up as I requested.
The animals were just as the photographs represented, and their weights as expressed in the ad were perfectly accurate. All four animals are healthy, alert, and of appropriate activity level and temperament. There were of course no mites or ticks or anything, and all of the boas' eyes were clear, mouths, and cloacas were clean and closed. Perfect everything.
This "good guy" should count double, because as a noob to fauna and to Paypal, I accidentally placed a substantial payment to TMKURK328 instead of the intended recipient. He responded quickly with a message and refunded it right away.
Of course I would buy from Tom again, and would recommend doing business with him when he's offering the stuff you want.
