    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Take a chance.... live life a little.

I let Lucille talk me into putting my profile up in here and to give a long distance relationship another chance. I had tired it in the past with my ex fiance and it ended in disaster.... but I also now think that relationship wasnt meant to be.

The funny thing is... the gal I am currently talking to.... didnt really even start with my profile, it just let her know a little more about me. She didnt contact me via my profile request... I had contacted her about something else and it just took off. She got to know me a bit BECAUSE of my profile info and then we got to know each other thru conversations.

We have been talking with each other for around a week now and its scary that the ONLY thing we have found that we dont have in common is she likes sports... and I could care less. It seems all the important stuff we have in common.

For the important stuff I asked open ended questions.... so I know her answers are real and not just something I would like to hear. I never thought I would find someone that matched me so closely. Let me also say that I am TERRIFIED of flying, but she is worth it... and I am going to step on a plane to go visit her.

Guys and Gals... give it a chance. You never know how close you may match up with someone in a different state.... and if you match that closely... then you will give that relastionship your all and make it work.

Will it work out between me and her? Only time will tell, but considering what all we have in common.... we are going to try.

And that's all i can ask of you. I am truly blessed at this moment that we are taking this journey together, and that you are willing to take on the package deal i have to offer. Not a lot of guys would be willing to even come close to dating a woman who is pregnant with another mans child, or in this case, children, but you are:):)

You are willing to get on an airplane for me, even though it is a fear of yours. I don't know what else i can say, except i am overjoyed that we've decided to take this chance, and i cannot wait to see where it leads us:)

Both of y'all are so wonderful and deserving of the good things life has to offer. However this comes out, I am humbled to have initiated Kevin's reaching out for friendship, with his profile.

I've always had a soft spot for this particular forum, because I love people and families and it warms my heart when people meet here.

Best of luck to the both of you! I'm so happy for you both. Kevin is a wonderful guy and a good friend. Christine is a wonderful woman and has such a warm heart. What a good match!
 
I would like to take a moment to update Lucille's handywork.

The more me and Crissy talk... the more we realize we have in common.... and some of it is the silly small stuff. True... we do have some things that we are different on.... but I cant see it affecting us in any way. It just shows that we are two different people.

I have requested (and been approved) for 9 days off from work in August. I have also put aside my fears of flying and purchased a plane ticket to spend 8 days up in MA with Crissy.

Only time will tell where this journey leads.... but I am along for the ride.... even if it means sedating myself for a plane ride. :rofl:

I honestly cannot wait for the day i pick you up at the airport. It seems like we'll be waiting for an eternity before that time comes. These next 52 days are certainly going to be the longest of my life, but the end will be so worth it, to finally lay my eyes on you:):)
The hardest part will be when i take you back to the airport to head back to Arkansas. I know for me, it will be the most difficult thing for me to do, to let you go, for the time being.
