    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

everyone who has problems with you are posting all the proof they feel the need to! you continue to ask for more yet you have shown none! or does your lawyer have all your proof along with that bounced check! You are not helping your case with the herp community! you should show any proof you have instead of hiding behind you vast legal dept! that bill should be huge!
 
Why I posted...

I posted on this site to help other people out that have been ripped off by this guy. I also wanted to let people know that you can actually go after people like this, and you don't have to let them get away with ripping people off left and right. I think that it is about time that somebody puts a stop to all these scams. I am not saying that this is what I am doing. I am just saying there will be one less you have to worry about for a while. As for wasting tax dollars, this is why we pay taxes. I am 24 years old and out $5,000 because of this guy. I am not rich! Especially since this is what I do for a living, and everyone know your probably not going to get rich in the reptile business. The reason that I do it though is because I enjoy it, and I like working with reptiles. I don't have thousands of dollars to fork out for a lawyer right now since I am out of pocket $5,000 already. I called the DA office to press charges and the transfered me to the US Attorny office. So that is why I am taking this route as well.

and thank you for taking a stand, and following through with your complaint! I hope that you get your money back and this guy goes to jail! It makes me sick that someone can rip people off and then complain about those HE SCAMMED!
 
I just wanted to thank you all for your support and I will make sure that this guy does some time! I hope that this case will incourage others to go after other people that are pulling scams like this. I will make sure that I keep you all updated on what is going on, and what the final out come is. As for McDonald, I still haven't seen any "Proof" of packing slips dated after my last money order.
