Hello Folks
I just had the experience of dealing with Todd. I purchased a spotnose het ghost female from him and everything on his end of the transaction couldn't have gone smoother.
Its when it got into the hands of fedex that things got shaky, for whatever reason fedex delayed the package and a tuesday shipment didn't arrive till thrusday. Todd was on it just as much as I was and he talked to the SYR people and fed ex people to notify them that they needed to try keep the box warm since it was being delayed.
Luckily my spotnose girl arrived just fine, tho a little cold, none of which was Todd's fault. She was packed properly with a heat pack & insulation and I know everything would have been perfect if it wasn't for fedex's delay outlasting the heat pack. Todd was also prompt to refund my shipping fee.
Definitely a good guy and would easily do business with again.
