    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I am relatively new to the snake world and purchased two 2015 California Kingsnakes from Tom. He was and is outstanding in his service! The animals arrived alive and well and the process went exactly as Tom said it would. He kept me updated between the time of purchase and their shipping date (a few weeks as weather needed to permit) about how they were eating, etc. I had never purchased animals of any kind online before and had never had them shipped. He made the process very easy and very pleasant.

I highly recommend him for his knowledge, his beautiful animals and his outstanding communication and help!
 
Tom is one of the good guys that really cares about his snakes.

Thanks Tim. Great to hear. He has been a tremendous help both before and after their arrival. They are settling in nicely and look very well cared for. I'm very happy to have had this first great experience!
