I ordered one male adult BP albino high contrast from Tom stokes.
gorgeous snake and customer service. Tom took a lot of time to answer any questions i had via email and phone. the snake was shipped , free of any external parasites with live arrival guarantee and health guarantee. He arrived active and alert. Tom's customer service skills reached above and beyond outstanding.
I would definately consider doing a transaction with Tom stokes again. No questions asked.
I have never owned a snake, but this was a standing dream to get albino high contrasts. I just wanted to thank Tom for taking the time to educate me as much as possible beyond any research i had done, and literally i think i spent more than an hour on the phone with him and possibly multiple times. I hope Tom feels the same way about this transaction as I do. This male snake was a gift for a close friend and i can guarantee she is ecstatic! Huge thumbs up! Thank you Tom!

Tom answered all questions and was very willing to spend a little time on the phone verbally communicating. The male I got from him (Fred) is a beautiful wonderful snake and I just adore him. He is everything and more one would expect or want from an Albino. You give breeders and sellers of this hobby a good name by you wonderful customer service practices! You promised us a hand tame healthy snake and we got it! I would very much so be willing to do business with this gentleman again. Thank you so much!
