    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

That is an awful lot of names that you are associating with this person...are you sure they are all aliases of his? If so, how?
 
he has called me from 2 differnt numbers and used differnt names. i call back i get differnt names also check these names agains threads on this site. contact reptileauctions.com hes been booted off at least 7 times under different names. plus you woulnt believe the amount of people he has ripped off that just want to get him back, eventually someone will, it may not be now but some one will, personally i hope its soon. im also not putting all the info i have on this guy or family thats doing this due to i could be giving info directly to him, cause he can just make up a new name and play the dumb game. but i think there is a few threads on this site that are atleast 10 pages long. take some of the names and check them out if you dont believe. go check out my other thread and see the pics of the snake he sent me. it wasnt as good as the rust colored rock he sent someone. take 3 min and go look you will find more than enough info in less time to support my case.
 
I am not going to research every name you have on there. My reason for asking was that, in your zealous fit of postings, you added to a Missing Persons thread what seemed to be an accusation that the person being sought was this Tommy Jones/David Donovan character. You can't just come here and proclaim that all of these names are a scammer's aliases, and not expect to be called on it. Where did you get your information?

do your research. i am getting info from people who emailed me from past expriiences on reptile auctions and this site. if those people want to be named thats fine. but to clear up the tome jones/david donavan thing the dhl account he used or used is registered to that name. and until i recieved my package that says dcs reptiles, not ct reptile rescue i got suspicious so i called dhl. and ist registered to dave, on a pre printed label, so its a good account, unless this tom person knows dave and stole a bunch of his dhl airbills, not unlikely considering his rep. but its a 50/50 shot and so far you are the only one oposing any atatements theat have been posted by me, started by me or any one else. do your resaerch.
 
i did escalate the dispute with paypal to a claim they gave me the same run around, that i dint buy it from ebay so there was nothing they could do. i told them the story and that i sent the animal back and had reciepts to prove it so they had me escalate it to a claim and i talked with someone who still doesnt gaurentee that ill get my money so they also suggested to file an claim with the federal internet fraud commission. so i did. but i also did pay with my bank of america account.

Harald is trying to steer you so you will post more background information. It isn't his job to do the research. You should be presenting it better IMO. Show us the good detective work you have put in.

Try this format:

Alias / exposure to it (answered phone as/emailed as, etc.

Right now your posts are harder to follow and some may just skip over them when you have helpful info to spread the word about.
 
im not going to post up emails i have recieved until the people who sent them to me say its ok.also i dont want this scammer to know what or how much i know. the scammer contacted me himself, posing as casey parker, tom jones's brother in law. he assured me that i would get my money by this tuesday end of buisness day and he want ed all the posting from me to stop. some of the info i have gotten is by searching this site looking for some of those names. so i know the info i have gotten my self is true, and some of the info that is posted on this site could be true, and the stuff i get in emails could be true. but the info has all come from people who he has burned or scammed. i have emailed these people this morning to see if i publish their names. if they say yes i will, if they say no youll have to do search on your own, and you can go to the thread i started and see the pics of the spider ball he sent me. take it for what its worth. believe me or not, but there are others out there besides me. before yesterday i hadnt logged onto this site since jul 11th 06. i logged on and typed in tom jones got 2 threads, typed in another name got some more. they all delt with a guy from norman oklahoma and if you read youll see the names.

This isn't even a BOI thread to be honest. ASK THIS QUESTION (about the sheriff) in an existing thread or make a new thread with the scammers name in the topic. In my opinion, this isn't even how a thread on the BOI should be started, well at least the subject of it.

meaning this guy is the only person thta sounds like he doesnt believe the evidence that i and otheres are posting. i dint know in quiry questions had a place. i am new to this site and would like to know where they go. i have found the site i was looking for when i started this thread. so where would i post a general question, not being an ass or attitude, being serious. i have 2 threads started 1 is this one and the other is tom jones thread, that i started. if they are in the wrong place point me in the direction.
 
Easy Guys Tommy Jones and Casey Rtch and David Donovan are the same person we proved most of that in the David Donovan thread. casey just added a new alias. To my knowledge there is no connection between casey /tommy jones and James Valder. And Caleb Hill is a seperate person all together.
 
also casey parker is either him or his brother in law he called me yesterday over the phone.he said he was toms brother in law and kayla was his wife(meaning the guy on the phone) and john jones is another name the he uses when he answers the other phone number that he can be reached at. 1 phone is registered to a tmobile customer, the other to jdm designs video production in oklahoma city, oklahoma.
 
Jason I think at this point you have given your side of the story and anything else you add is starting to hurt your case. It appears that you are grasping at straws versus using proven information. I really am sorry you were scammed and would help in any way possible but at this point its getting away from proven information and I want no part in that

Exactly my point - you found somebody from the same town, and just lumped him in as a scammer with no evidence. Ever stop to think that there is more than one person that ever lived in Norman? And that just because a person once lived there, it doesn't necessarily implicate them in your issue(s)?
 
you could be right but this guy has used so many different names and addresses, emails ect.the info sounds like him, if im wrong about this james person i am sorry, but in my gut i dont think so.so until you or someone can prove me wrong i will continue to think it. sorry if that offend anyone but given this dudes history i think im right, and im probally not the only one that feels that way.

under the surcumstances yes. but i have a rep and i post all my info so people can contact me, never changed my user name on any site. i have a good reputation and well know people that can vouch for me if needed. but you are right, i am jumping the gun,and untill i can be proven wrong this guy james sound like the same guy, and if im wrong then again i am sorry
