• Responding to email notices you receive.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Tommy Munoz

two of the four are showing color now, the big male I already had. Those pics were right after unboxing-he sent two males, two females.

Exactly. I've been waiting months to both ship and receive geckos right now. I lose sales in the winter and even in the summer, but I'm ok with it. The animals should always come first.

I actually have 5 snakes sold right now awaiting on a weather break to ship, NOBODY will be telling me , the seller, when it is good to ship, the animals health comes first.
That being said I have purchased animals from Tommy previously and we had excellent communications, he shipped the day he said he would and they were exactly as described.
I realise not everybody will have the same perceived 5 star experience but he never gave me the impression of intentionally being out to scam anybody ever.
I am sure he will make this right

The screenshots Thomas posted are illegible & I am not straining my eyes to read them.

Mike, could you post updated photos of the animals you received?

Waiting for shipping this time of year is almost to be expected, sometimes people wait weeks or even months for safe shipping weather. As for the refund, if it states in Tommy's tos that he does not issue cash refunds (I haven't read his tos so I'm not sure what his rules are, but the no cash refunds is very common from what I've seen) then him agreeing to issue you a cash refund was a nice thing for him to do. If the funds are in limbo and he asked you to wait I don't think that's unreasonable. In my opinion it is a little unreasonable for you to ask him to use his debit card to put money into his paypal so he can send your refund right now, I don't think it's fair for him to have to put even more money in limbo simply because you didn't want to wait for safe shipping weather. I'm sure like a lot of us he has a family and responsibilities outside of his reptile business. He could have told you no cash refunds and all he could offer was a store credit, and depending on how his tos is worded, could have been completely justified. I know waiting stinks, no one likes to wait, but I'd just be happy he agreed to the cash refund and patiently wait for it.
I know this is slightly off topic but in the pictures it appears the 4 new critters are housed with the one you already had as soon as they were recieved, is that correct?

we have come to a settlement hopefully and he has agreed to send the animals. I will update when complete.
