Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I can't see where he would be mad about waiting so long. Not only was he very willing to wait he also changed his order multiple times. Sounds like waiting was actually pretty beneficial. Then after two days of no contact(from either side) he asks if "today" will work...then 4 hours later he wants a refund. He never showed frustration before that point. I also find it weird someone wanting a refund was so kind even saying sorry...you would think he would be a little more mad don't you think?

Also no way someone who actually wanted those animals does a 180 and refuses to get them shipped THAT DAY. He wouldn't even take extra females to take what he wanted. That seems strange don't you think?

I agree with this. Sellers are going to be worried about doing business with you in the future after reading the screenshots.
 
Wish I could edit.

I wouldn't ship leopard geckos above 90 and they aren't as sensitive as chameleons and some other lizards. Pushing a seller to ship when weather conditions are iffy is wrong. You stated you wanted to wait until it was safe, but then you decided that you knew better and it would have been fine to ship? A word of advise. Be patient with shipping temps. These are live animals and they matter.
 
IMO, Thomas is a good guy here that was sick and unable to answer you for a day or two.

This line is more telling than anything else:

"my wife is on my ---, if you could let me know when ill get refund, would be great."

One can infer from this sentence, you spent money without approval and now need to cancel your transaction.

I would hesitate to sell to you, especially given this BG thread, which shows you are the one who has erred.

Since my question was ignored, my concern other then the one everyone has addressed in the past few posts is the complete lack of quarantine. I would be hesitant to buy or sell to you for both of those reasons. He posted the pics of the new lizards the day he got them and they were in the same cage as the one he already had. Imo someone who doesn't practice quarantine is someone to avoid doing business with.

I agree, that was my first thought when I seen the screen shots. It amazes me how people will start a bad guy thread and it ends up turning on them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Thomas, Mike on the other hand...
 
UPDATE: ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL.

We worked out our problems and Tommy has followed true to his word. He not only sent the chams, but also extra females and an extra male, just to make me happy and make sure all bases were covered. I appreciate this a lot, and I hope that everyone who begins to read this thread follows til the end. Thank you again Tommy.

I put it there for a second for a comparison shot, I didn't disparage Tommy's character once, but nice of you to try it with me. I didn't house them together, I am not a kid or new to reptiles. We worked out our issues, as my update post said...

And I wasn't ignoring you, I was dealing with my 2 week old granddaughter being in intensive care, and responding on facebook groups.
