I bought a pair of supposedly 100% het pied females two years ago from a guy in Ca. that and bred them to a 100% het male. I did not get any pieds but I'm not calling any names on here yet. I have eggs in the incubator now, but this time to my own visual male pied. If I don't get pieds this time, my assumption will be I got screwed. I know the anxiety personally and feel for those that have suffered the same. But if I get on here and post about that I didn't get any pieds, I sure don't people like you mucking up the thread with frivolous crap.

That is good information for those of you who have tried to prove out hets purchased from Tony Hurt and now realize they have gotten ripped off.

I am still growing two supposed 100% het Clown males and another 100% het Albino female that did not produce this year.....all animals purchased from Tony. So I am unable to do anything except remain uncertain right now and think about the money I may have given for "normal" animals. I think about it every time I clean or feed those animals.

What makes me really mad is that I had one of the het Clowns for sale at one time this past year (I don't need two males). If I had sold it, then MY REPUTATION is on the line and I become the person who sold someone a 100% het that eventually does not prove out!

I picked up a couple of poss hets from him a few years back and he seemed like a good guy. But on your reselling. Unless I pick up a het from an undeniable source that I'm 100% positive in, I do not sell it as a het until I proved it out. Otherwise, I simply would tell potential buyers that I bought it as a het or poss het and that it's unproven.

Life is too short to practice bad Karma!

Heres the last email I received from Tony, my thoughts, and my response back.

Tony says:

I bought the het from someone who bought the het from SK. I could not locate the paperwork so I sold it to you as a possible het [as the receipt clearly states].

Hopefully your odds were just bad but I cant guarantee possible hets that's why NOT having the original paperwork I did NOT sell the snake as a 100% het. If you misplaced your receipt I gave you at the time of purchase maybe you just got confused about the status of the snake.

I will let you know when I locate the picture that matches the ID number to make sure you did not get the snake mixed up.

???Well Once again he's pushed it on someone else, and I must have got the snake mixed up. I know where the snake has been since the day it arrived. It was photographed shortly after arrival and the photograph matches the snake.He doesn't have an ID for this animal bc thats what he stated 1-1/2 years ago. If he does respond back he will probably send a picture of some other snake that he just took .
I hope any future customer of Snake Evolutions/ Tony Hurt think twice before making any purchase from him. You might not get what you paid for and have to sort through many confusing lies. Fortunately, other businesses are out there that take care of their customers. I emailed Tony back.

Well it just goes to show Tony was going through some devious actions around this time frame that we all dealt with him. Maybe he thought he would be long gone out of this business before it all caught up with him. As far as my situation, I emailed him both years and he confirmed that the snake I had did infact match up with his records. And I still have my receipt and photo id from Tony and yet she did not prove out two years in a row? Whats your excuse with my fake het Tony?

My question is why even waste time making het cards if you never will honor them. It's like his perfect plan in his head that we are busting, because his stories never match up, and change almost daily. I do want to thank Dan from the Snake Keeper for helping me by looking through his records. He spent time doing that for me even though I have never met or given a penny to him. That says a lot about him to me. I am sure The Snake Keeper's good business ethics and customer service is what helped them get where they are today. Thanks Again Snake Keeper!!! We need more businesses like yours in this industry.
