    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Tony121204/Anthony Pappas is a scammer

The thing is our lives and repureputations aren't the ones under the microscope right now yours are.. why I have as much free time as I do right now is none of your business.. if I were in possession of someones hard earned money as well as what they bought then eeveryone could dig into my life. But since that will never happen my life story doesn't and won't be on fauna. Stop trying to side step and do the right thing.. your wasting g the op's time worrying about my life I'm sure he doesn't appreciate that either.. issue a refund or ship the torts ASAP!!!
 
Tony you need to stop the bs and send that damn man his torts, and learn some better grammar. Also it's micheal not Mike it's a nickname my legal name is actually Sherman.
 
I tried to help you out.. you chose not to listen. And now I'm sticking up for the op because at the end of the day he deserves the support of this community just like I wou hope others would stick up for me if someone screwed me out of $1200. So attack me all you want your just making yourself look worse but if that makes you feel better go for it my feelings aren't going to be hurt by a scammer online.

Like I said my reasons for having "free time" are none of your business.. you brought all of this upon yourself.. if you never took the guys money this never would have been posted in the first place.. and had you shipped it one of the 20 times you said you were I would have absolutely nothing to comment on. This is your own fault no one else's so take responsibility put your big boy pants on and send the man his money back. I wouldn't even want the torts anymore if I were him. At this point I would have a hard time trusting anything you said and the health of the torts. That's just me if he feels comfortable taking them and trusts you still that's on him.
 
Like I said had you never taken the guys money this wouldn't be here.. you opened up a can of worms when you never sent the man his torts.. if your honestly a good honest person you would be spending your time proving to the world that you are instead of defensively attacking others.. your making yourself look really bad.. I really was nice to you and gave you the benefit of the doubt and gave you lots of suggestions on how you could clear your name and instead of listening or appreciating it your attacking me thats a great way to show how genuine and mature you are!

Anthony, I have said it a lot in this thread. You put too much energy into fighting with users on this forum rather than resolving the issue. Now your target is juliasara. We may have free time, some more and some less. This forum, the BOI, is an important resource for the community and isn't taken lightly. I feel it's a great use of my free time if I can be a part of this community and help other breeders, hobbyists and collectors resolve issues or avoid dealing with individuals who are a plague to this community.

You've proven to me you are not a credible person to ever do business with. It is very clear you are a detriment to the reptile community. I empathize with the OP who believed he was paying 1,200 for tortoises, and that is a lot of money. That is more than my mortgage payment for a month, and you scoff at it every time you post a comment on this thread.

Until the OP either gets his money or his tortoises, you will not be held with high regard in this community (where we all look out for each other). At this point, your credibility and reputation are permanently tarnished.
 
Your main priority right now needs to be getting $1200 into the op's pay pal account.. once your done if you still want to chat let me know!

Odd that the posts in this thread from Mr Cogar and Mr Pappas - while both online at the same time - are from the same IP address....and neither of them do well with punctuation or syntax (only mentioned because Mr Cogar criticized Mr Pappas' grammar.

I find it really funny that he's starting with me of all people.. I stuck up for him at first and tried to help him.. oh well I'm not losing any sleep over it! It's sad that people think what they post here will just go away.. it doesn't.. you can't brush these posts under the carpet. This post and your behavior and way you treated the people here will forever be here for people to see when they search your name.
