Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Tony, I'm pretty sure the OP said a refund is the only acceptable remedy at this time. You even acknowledged his request. Now you are harassing Lucille about getting her address to send tortoises to her house so she can personally deliver them to him?

Fix the problem. Log in to your paypal account, issue a refund. Period. Stop wasting your time acting like you're trying to resolve the issue when you clearly aren't.

Everyone is involved because it looks like you are trying to scam people. This site is here so that others can learn who they can or can't trust. You are coming off as someone who can't be trusted. If you plan on selling reptiles, you will want to make this thread fade away in a good way, not a bad way. Correct your mistakes, own up to it, and stop acting like you did nothing wrong.


Also, does anyone actually know this person? The wording screams 14-15 year old to me. It may be an adult, but I'm not getting that feeling for some reason.
 
What's with all the sh** talking from everyone I understand the site and I said numerous times I'm going to fix the problem and numerous said yes he did not get the torts and yes he did send the money! I'm not denying it..Im going to fix the problem and get it straightened out. I was typing fast sorry for the misspelling Im illiterate.
 
Tony, the OP came here to help the reptile community and maybe so the community could help him. That's what's so great about this site and our community on Faunaclassifieds in general. We help eachother.

I simply pointed out that he wants a refund. You acknowledged. Now you are saying you need an address to ship animals to. I am aware you were being facetious with Lucille. Apparently I struck a nerve and/or made sense and said something you didn't want pointed out because you made 4 posts over 10 minutes in response to mine.

You plan on refunding or are you still attempting to send an unwanted product?
 
The problem is that this has been going on for over a month now. You said in your message that you had stayed in touch with me but you haven't. We talked several times but not because you contacted me and you told me you would fix it and after a few days of nothing happening you didn't call me, I hunted you down. I tried texting and either you changed phones or phone numbers but you wouldn't answered my text or calls or emails. It wasn't untill I threatened do do different things like the last one when I sent you the number to your own police department that you answered my email. If you look at your pp acct you can see that they did not refund my money so for you to say that you didn't know makes you look dishonest. As I said, sometimes I think it's a scam and sometimes I think you made a big mistake that you can't get out of but call it what you want, I'm out $1200. You say your trying to fix it, what are you doing to fix it?
 
I think what happend was you sold some snakes and somebody else did a charge back, you had taken there money out so they got my money so when I tried to get mine back it was gone. I tried after a couple of weeks to get you to send me the torts and you said you wouldn't because you didn't get the money. It seems like you thought you could keep the money you had and the torts but then you found out they wouldn't give me my money back unless it was in your acct. or maybe you've suckered me again and it's just a scam.
 
Since you prefer to talk on here and everyone prefers as well, you recently sent a pm asking to just send torts that's why I stated. I also informed you I thought you were refunded when you told me you were not the first thing I did was call PayPal to get you a refund. Being that my acount funds were on hold or in negative due to a claim I was not able to just refund the money, so I asked you to file a claim so I can have paypal released the money. I didn't even get the emails about local pd or any of that I have not been able to get on the email. Im not trying to scam you. I can send the torts like you asked or I can refund the money as soon as PayPal is done with the claim.

Well...isn't that nice. That's how paypal will be done with the claim. WHEN YOU SEND THE REFUND! That's normally how they make sure claims are done and everything is copacetic. But...Nice try.

Especially seeing as how you said you said you had another claim/were in negative. So long as you're in NEGATIVE, they can't refund anything, until you put money back into paypal (or unless you have your bank connected. But something tells me your bank acct is in the negative/zero balance too so they can't do that.) So connect the dots here...Put money into your account to make your account go in the positive, then he can get his refund.
 
You never did answer the question about how a family member got a hold of your fauna account as well as your PayPal to run this scam. I'm more impressed that not only are they super computer savvy, they apparently know their stuff about tortoises (at least enough to convince people to send $1,000+).

Who, pray tell, is this jack of all trades with low moral integrity lurking in your lineage?
 
Long story wouldn't believe it anyway, since everything I say is nice try or a scam or how ever you all wanna call it. so no point of getting into it. I'm not gonna keep going back and forth I deleted the adds, to those who were offended I Appoligize I will not be using the site so there's no need to worry about any scams. And I will make sure he gets his money back.

I haven't been following this thread; but, from what I have seen, it appears that your sister was implicated because of contact information that you both used.
I'm not sure what sort of help you want; but I'll suggest that you A) Make sure that you are the only person that has access to your account here, B) use your own email and PayPal address when dealing with people.
If you're trying to get her name (and/or whatever other information is posted) removed, you're out of luck.
 
Well now, "Anthony", it is so nice of your "sister" to let your son have her Paypal account info/password and to have free access to use her Paypal account.
