Placed an order with them on Wed. afternoon and because my postal carrier was too lazy to come to my door and instead placed a pick up slip in my box. I picked them up this morning and they were in great shape. The box was marked well with some vent holes and they even included in a bag of feed/bedding for my mealworm order. Their prices are very reasonable, actually a couple dollars cheaper than some of their competitors.
When I posted on their fb page that I had gotten the order this morning, Ashley asked if everything was ok and when I told her about being in the mail truck all afternoon and sitting at the post office overnight she asked if I needed a replacement order. That's customer service!!
She also told me that because of our Az weather being in mid to high 90's now, that all the future orders are going out with cold packs and thanked me for ordering from them.
I will order from them again!!
