To be quite honest there was a few foul-ups (ie. an incorrect shipment and a order that was unable to be filled) within the past few weeks while I was away I'd like to apologize for. Both purchases are being refundedcredited this week, it took more time than I would have liked but it was unavoidable. I do apologize for the inconveniences, things have been quite hectic considering but they have finally settled down and
we're getting back to business as usual. Some "family business" and a few visits to the hospital for dental surgery left me out of the loop for a while, things happen I guess.
