    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

And that in itself is another great form of punishment I think. He is not free from being scared shitless, that anyday could be the day that he losses all freedom.

I was once stabbed in a robbery and a freind of mine later asked if it hurt being stabbed. I told him it surely does, but that pain was nothing like watching the knife slowly coming closer and closer toward me and not being able to really do a damn thing about it.

Why not just buy some real hets to breed with that money? Sell the offspring right here on fauna and distribute the profits between all those who were ripped off or contributed to the legal fund. You guys can easily put something like together to make it work.

Myself and others all ready contributed to the Civil defense fund ......... Trying to help those people who got ripped of by Chris get something back.....But unless he is arrested, charged, Ain't nobody going to see :censored: Hell I live in the same state as Chris, even when he was a good guy I Knew he was full of :censored: and therefore wouldn't buy even a light bulb from him.

sorry hit submit to fast with people selling their stuff in auctions,donating money ......just to have an attorney to file a civil suit.....I think I did my part.Call it penance if you will....

Thank you Greg, But it wasn't to a good man, I did it because that arrogant Plick needed to be put in his place, and if nothing else at least people can at least have some hope of getting something back,I also want to apologise for what seems to come off as a Doubting Thomas, It just seems that we as herpers really have no line of defence against stuff like this.And it just makes for a very poor business atmosphere.

I wasn't saying you haven't done your part. You mentioned direction so what I'm saying is that there are some other things that can be done in a positive direction to get back a small percentage of whats been lost. No one is going to get a dime from this guy whether they win in court or not. Maybe for some thats ok just to see it on paper that he lost. To me it just seems like a real waste of money and time to sue him. Personally I would invest the money from the legal fund in some hets or visable morphs and, collectively amongst his victims, split the profits of the offspring that the morphs may produce. You could even satisfy those who got ripped off with actual hets.

Having that money sitting around and hoping it will be of use someday isn't giving anybody an opprotunity at some real satisfaction right now. I'm not suggesting that the money be invested in a game of poker at Atlantic city. I'm suggesting that there are some really smart folks involved in all this and they could easily adopt this idea to move forward on a path that has the possibility to yield something.

with the civil litigation? Has any summons been served? Ha an attorney even been hired? Someone should have some insight !
 
Jerry......it has been said time and time and time again that as soon as there is any new, astonishing, groundbreaking, or even kinda important news that people need to be aware of, it will be posted. There isn't, so it hasn't.

whether a summons has even been served? Or who is representing the civil matter? These questions do not require information other than some acknowledgement that at least their a civil pursuit.

I am not interested in what the outcome is going to be as much as I am interested in seeing if anything has even been started!
 
I can't answer things that I have no knowledge of. However, I'm sure Derek would have informed us of any pertinent information. Derek does not have all the free time in the world to do this, and do you know how difficult it actually is to find an attorney who would take a case like this? Do you know how much time has been invested in this, making phone calls, writing letters and emails, trying to compile all of the information from victims.....

Perhaps you think you would be better suited for the job?
