    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

There was court case of sorts, but not nearly of his victims made the effort to send in their deposition, etc., and there were many more that didn't even know about it until later. There are a few that have done a wonderful job, and are still working on some things.....but as for the state of NY, the last I believe that was heard from them was that "the company Top Shelf Exotics has ceased doing business and the Office of the Attorney General is "unable to locate a valid address for this entity, and as such, have been unable [sic] contact either the company or its principals". That was in February.

In other words, what little help the state was, they can't find him to even collect any money anyway.

Someone will find him sooner or later, and he'd better hope it's the law and not a victim that locates him.

anyone think about hiring a skip trace company? they find people all the time, and in the craziest places. we use them all the time to find debtors around central texas. then i go and take their stuff.
 
Anyone else have clutches hatch from their TSE "hets" this season?

I happened to see Chris's "Good Guy" certificate brought up again earler, someone else must have voted....I simply can't believe how many folks STILL have positive votes standing for this scum!!! The vast majority, of course, have voted negatively, but think some folks may have forgotten they even put in a vote. I'd really like to see ALL of the positive votes done away with after what this thief did to so many of us!

The positive votes still remaining are from:

It came back up two days ago when I voted bad guy on him. I just did the same for MG Reptiles. I could only change my vote by buying a $25 membership. I assume many of the rest would vote bad guy if they were paid members, but for now they cannot.

Anyone that I know that has bred their TSE hets have proven only that Chris was a lying scumbag POS.

Call me stupid, but just to prove the point, I've got my albino male slotted to visit my TSe "non het" albino female next. She was only bred to a REAL 100% this past season.
