    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Z, you are correct about the chargebacks.

But as Ive indicated it will probably work itself into false paperwork, snakes sold , and not being what they are supposed to be, monies being paid out with no refunds, sick animals being shipped purposely, etc. Civil litigation will not provide any relief or satisfaction if these turn out to be a major scam. Band together, get someone from a DA's office and have him arrested and charged with fraud, and a whole host of other criminal violations that are felonies.

Thank you for sharing the insight and communications. All arrows still point in the wrong direction. One of the inherent problems with telling a lie is that it is harder to remember the next time you need to repeat it, and major details change. The truth, on the other hand, is very easy to remember verbatim for the short term, and will not suffer the constant make-over that a lie does.
As Rich points out, the choices made by Chris do not present themselves as solutions, and must therefore have other motivations. Buying any time possible is certain, but the question would be for what end?
If I were a betting man, I'd say Cybil is running the show, as pointed out by another earlier. It is now apparent that the whole "my guys are so busy shipping the max ..." was one big whopper, and I would suggest that so is everything else.

I dont know anything about all this credit card/paypal thing. but the way Rich explains it, Chris would be out even more money if everyone does charge backs. Maybe that isnt the way to do it or else people will have to wait even longer to get thier money.

Robert has only posted 9% of the time and Chris, with his thin excuses has posted a mere 2.4% of the time.

You're actually putting up a more vigorous response (if not defense) than Chris is.

Its almost like you have one hand on the phone talking to Chris and one hand typing on this thread.

Do you really still believe that Chris warrants your undying loyalty?

If you are Paypal or a credit card co. and you begin receiving chargebacks (claims for trying to get their money back) this becomes a red flag for the owner of the account. Meaning Chris.

Ive already stated on more than one occasion that Chris has nothing to pay back with! Their are no funds, nor has their been any because just as quick as they materialized through paypal, he took the money out, gave an excuse for not shipping, which usually was 45 days, and at this juncture basically absconded with whatever funds he could steal.

Thats it. Aside from which Nicholai, I think you will be very dissapointed when you find out that Chris is not really sick, has outsmarted himself, and now is having everything crash around him.

Apparently I am the ASS for even questioning Chris or what he states as fact. I think this thread proves that there are a lot more people questioning the truth of his words than me. People who have lost money, been shipped sick animals or not been shipped at all. Those are facts Chris. The best you can come up with is to tell people to file claims with Paypal or their CC companies. Where did the money go?

I think a first grader can get the Confucius things that you posted. No one is reading anything into it, we just found the whole karma view of events insulting. Now there are suggestions of "candling" some eggs, in the hopes to clear things up? They will hatch in due time, and it will take more than a few to develop a concensus. I'm all with Lucille's earlier take that its just one diversion after another, as the first step with validation would be for Chris to provide the long awaited parentage documentaton for bloodlines that he sold to other members here, that could then be verified with whomever sold the original animals to Chris.
The whole credit card thing is not about Chris " ......would be out even more money if everyone does charge backs", as though he has nothing to gain, and therefor is only motivated by what's best for the customer. Its merely one more thing to keep those that owe him wasting their time.

So I'll post here the fact that I have 1.1 het Pieds from Chris @ TSE.
They bred this season, and dropped 7 eggs on or about 4-16-06 (I'm at work and don't have my records at hand, but I believe that's the date).

I don't know of anyone that has ever been to the TSE "facility", although it appears to be a condo/townhouse. Of course that could just be where the sales department is housed!

So I would imagine that unless Peter Kahl is operating out of a shed he is in the larger facility.

Let me explain it this way. A childhood friend of mine got himself into a huge amount of trouble due to his drug habit and held up a store and got caught. He did 8 yrs in prison (rahway state prison). During his stay thier i sent him goody bags (candy, smokes, stuff like that) for 8 yrs. Just because he went to prison for doing such a bad thing doesnt make him no longer my friend. He saved my butt many times when we were teen agers and he will be my friend for life, and the christian in me tells me to forgive everyone. ( not to keen on the slap in the face and turning the other cheek thing though). My point being that I personally and affording him the benefit of the doubt in the hopes he will straighten this all out and make good to everyone that he owes.

Nicholai, whats really sad is that people gave their hard earned money to Chris and in most instances it was based on his good faith. Why would anyone worry about doing business with TSE when you have Chris at the helm. This is not about abandoning your friend, its about stealing with the full knowledge that you would be hurting people purely based on how much you can get away with before being caught.
 
No one has been to Chris' facility that will admit to it so far. I used to have my business next door to Pete's in MD(4 years ago), and I believe he has only gotten larger since then. You could eat spaghetti off the inside of Pete's cages and enjoy it, floors too. His operation is just not large, its huge, and immaculate. He had to relocate much of it a couple of years back, from the Glen Arm area north of Baltimore out towards Bel Air. I doubt that Chris could be 10% what Pete is, even if we believed the hype.
 
So Chris tells us we shouldn't ASSume anything, since no other "brokers" have come forward telling that Chris bought their "hets" for re-sale.

Hm....what about ASSuming that the reason for that could be that those "hets" are CH normals from Africa?

Of course, this is an assumption, I admit it. However, due to the many other lies and dishonesties he's been caught in...I wouldn't put that past him.

And of course, hatchlings with Giardia and blister disease...

I dont know about anyone else here , but a baby BP at 43g , supposedly CB .

Did anyone at TSE state the age of these animals??? I would say its rare to see a BP that small , especially CB that has supposedly taken a few meals down. If they were captive bred , i think they were greatly underfed. I have seen babies out of the egg(depending on size of the mother) come out from 85g-120gs.

Once again does anyone know the age of the 43g BP??
