Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have not read this thread for the past week or so but the last few posts made me think of something. If someone has already commented on this I apologize for being repetetive.
Everyone does realize that there is absolutely no problem with taking the packages to the fedex center and dropping them off. I called my sales rep and there is absolutely no limit on the number allowed. In fact, she was unaware of any limit on pickups either.
I, personally, find that excuse pretty flimsy

The Real question is...HAVE THEY EVER PROVED OUT ANY OF THEIR HETS and if not WHY ARE THEY NOT KEEPING ANY OF THEIR OWN HETS??? i mean come on visuals are worth a LOT more than hets...

I am horrible with posting stuff. but the form is a fill in the blank type. you have to know the address with the zip, which you can find on this thread. simple questions, you can mail or fax supporting documents, like receipts, Screen prints of their guarantee, anything that helps with your complaint. There is a disclaimer on the site that says that if you have already started legal proceedings against TSE, the CPB can't help you.

Just a hypothetical, but either #1 or #2 is true:
1) You've got some visuals to breeding size, and lots of breeder female normals, and you're finally producing hets in quantity, making real good money, running it like the goldmine that it is. And each year is going to be better than the one before, as you will produce and sell more hets and visuals. Of course, your business would have all the earmarks of such, with photos of plenty of your visuals in your website, certifications, etc. Think of 2-3 other big het producers, and TSE would resemble them, in spite of any illness.
2) You are a scammer in the het market, buying juvenile normals and pushing them out as hets as fast as you can for as long as you can. You need a framework of ready excuses to maintain the charade. You start doing it in, let's say, 2003. You now have how much time before the gig is up? You can't be around when that season arrives, and everyone starts to unprove your hets. You need a planned exit before that moment.
I could have gone into a little more detail, but I think the scenario has to be one of the above. Take what you know, and pick one.

In just this short bit of time, several people have taken the time and courage to post to the BOI certification thread, and that says a lot about how our community works together.

I was aware of his favorable reputation in the ball morph community yet found him still extremely abrasive and condescending in chat when he would insinuate that the farmed gtp babies he offered on his site were superior to the "over-priced, inbreds, designers" that I was so crazy about.
I didn't realize at the time during chat that Chris was claiming to be producing all these high end bp morphs... what's up with that? It's ok to do bp morphs, but not gtp morphs/designer? He held disdain for the breeders of high end gtps yet it was ok for him to breed high end morphs...... ok, whatever.
I think I've read enough to cast my vote on his Good Guy certificate.

While a few have switched votes, or voted where they hadn't before, a few notables have also deleted their "good guy" vote, yet decided not to recast in the negative at this point. All steps in the right directon in my book.

Hey, we play by the rules. It was just an effort to get Razorback to bring what he thought relevent to the table, as he indicated he had been intimidated by a friend or friends of TSE with regard to revealing info. Don't want to read too much into it until its on the table, but a hint of an allegation had been made. I have a history here of railing against lynch mobs !

Getting a little off-topic at this point, and I understand where Rich is coming from. I would advise Razorback to avoid innuendos and hints like the plague. Either put it on the table or save it for when you can.
I dropped a big hint a few posts ago about how a scammer of hets faces the inevitable outing. I can't say that I have proof that this is what Chris has been doing, but like so many here, my half-century of instincts has a strong opinion. I have tried to walk myself through the logic process of such a scammer having to face the day when a half dozen customers all call you a scammer and lowlife. One thing for certain is that you don't hang around for the event. If Chris has been on the up-and-up, than he has no date to fear. If he hasn't been, then he's been prepping for that date with destiny for longer than anyone knew or suspected. Businesses fail and folks get burned. That's unfortunate, but its not scamming or theft or betrayal of trust, which is what is unfolding here.
This is an old discussion at this point in time, but better late than never. I don't wish Chris ill will, just whatever he deserves until he makes things right. As for someone who has stolen from me or is my enemy? Sorry, but they get no organ from me. I will save it in the event someone more worthy might need it, as I do not have a limitless supply to give. I understand your point Lucille and others, and God bless you for it. More than a few of us get buried face-down for a reason. But more than a few of us trained for, and believe in, doing harm to the enemy before they do harm to us again, or anyone else, such that their harming days are over. We don't label folks as enemy lightly, but when we do, we mean it. Bob, I concur.
