By looking over your posts here and reading the emails from "Pat/Glenn" I am convinced you and they are one in the same. No ones ever seen them or talked to them in person, the have never been heard of outside of TSE. No wonder they can't get anything done, They are creations of your scam. Are you getting worried yet, Sybil? It's just a matter of time until the police are at your door, so it's time to break out the old "Don't blame me I'm sick" routine.

ROBERT, I was wondering

if their was a way of knowing if TSE is in fact shipping by FedEx as they claim they are doing everyday. This would really tell the tale. Because according to them, they have more shipments going out than FedEx has trucks to acommodate them.

Are their any customers who have received shipments within the past couple of days. If so, I would like to hear from them. Or is this also part of this scheme to delay whatever Chris is up to. If nothing is pursued, he will be out of the herp business for good, .........with no recourse unless some legal action is taken

It would be vital to know WHERE those shipments are coming from.

Some people have said that the FEdex shipments from TSE don't have a full senders address on them? I thought Fedex required that.

And IF there is no full address on the boxes, then WHY?

Hundreds of shipments going out each week , yet NOONE ...not one of those, goes to a Fauna Member that could tell about it?

I dunno, but something just doesn't add up.

I am curious about one thing, where in the law(according to business related matters that concern this one) is the clause that exempts those who are sick? Does the law say that if a person is sick they do not have to take care of customers, can they just throw them aside because they are hold money and products not sent? Can they do that according to the law?

If FedEx is the shipper, then FedEx has the actual address Chris has been shipping from on file, and certainly knows where to go to pick up his shipments and to bill him. But Chris can easily manipulate his own address information on the label, as he's printing them off his own computer, and is able to change that info on the label whenever he chooses. Whether FedEx has a stated requirement, the driver isn't going to check or care. I don't know if FedEx tracking shows full info on the shipper, or how much info they would provide over the phone.

There are no "hundreds of shipments going out each week". To be honest, setting up an entire internet business can be done rather anonymously, at least for what the buyer has access to see. PayPal can be set up using a made-up name. The verification to the bank account, with the mini-deposit game, will almost always go through even if the PayPal name is different from the name on the bank account. So will much larger transactions. I know this thru legal and ethical personal experience. Banks can stop the transaction if they don't match, but rarely do if ever. Credit card acceptance can be set up through PayPal and others where no I.D. is ever needed, again to include transferring it to a bank account. What I am saying is that everything that we know of Chris Johnson and TSE could be made up. The authorities could find him in a heart-beat, but unless he is actually incarcerated, he can resurface with a new name etc and be completely back in business in no time. Ray's Reptilia rebirth was found out only because he didn't take an extra 10 minutes to cover his tracks.

Do I think Chris was scheming enough to cover up everything from the beginning? Heck no, as some already have a delivery address for him, although it appears to be a rental apartment and easily moved out of. But with time, he was able to start to insulate himself better, and keep the ruse going.

At this point, looking at all the info, especially the unbelievable excuses which are now debunked, many of us are concluding that every excuse offered was folly.

Oh it adds up alright it adds up to BS. Does anyone in the Ball Python game ship that many boxes day in and day out?? And as many have noted FedEx wouldn't limit the number you can ship.

The list of outstanding TSE customers is a great idea hows that coming along?? Anyone here live near Chris and can stop by that address to see if it's an Apartment. or business? Looks like and Apt to me.

I know that its a goal of a few here to have TSE's GGC revoked. I can't dispute the motivation, although my view is that it is a largely symbolic measure. Getting him booted from Kingsnake was likely the biggest blow short of legal action, with this thread and the ensuing gossip in the community also taking a toll. I have voted in the negative. I admit that I can't fathom anyone who is knowledgable keeping their "Yes" vote there, although I can understand them not then going to cast a "No" vote. That includes you Nicolai, or anyone else knowledgeable with this thread, who has not withdrawn their earlier "Yes" vote. But for those with the desire, you can click on each of the names still in the "Yes" column and PM them, to include a couple of major Mod's, and make a case to get them to withdraw their vote. This is not a lobby to vote Chris a Bad Guy, although I surely believe he now qualifies. But to choose to let Chris keep his GGC after his own words in this thread, and further revelations of the worst in customer service, to the point of resembling theft, is to condone those actions, because you are allowing your seal of approval to remain on it.

I have read all 130+ pages of this thread (took about 3 days), and I am amazed. It always saddens me to see a business go so far down the tubes when the person running it had a reputation for being such a good guy. I have never personally dealt with TSE or Chris, so have no illwill towards either. I will say that I did go and vote "bad guy" because of this thread, and think that anyone in their right mind, who has dealt with him or not, will do the same. I sympathize with everyone here who has been ripped off, as I was one of the grand "Ray's Reptilia" issue (fully posted in the thread on him). I got lucky I guess with my situation, and can only wish the best for those that are in this situation with TSE now.
Many have stated that Chris and TSE are seperate entities. Yes, they are, but the reputation of TSE was based on Chris and his reputation. So, unfortunately, when your business reputation goes down, so does your personal reputation. I say this as a business person (computer consulting, another tough area).
Chris, if you are truely experiencing health issues, then I wish God's grace and mercy on you in your situation, and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for your quick recovery. If you are not having these issues as so many have questioned, then I pray for your recovery from the lies you tell in your own soul, as your reputation and business are probably ruined at this point.

this is slowly turning into a case

of fraud. Not only for the snakes that may have been shipped under a false guise, but appropriating monies with no intentions of providing the services attached to the sales. You may have several criminal violations here that are federal. If pursued properly, can cause some serious potential problems for Chris, as well as anyone asssocited with him.

It may just be an assumption on my part. I checked the normal venues where he would advertise there this morning, and he had no ads. To all who feel that they have been taken by TSE, or TOS violated, in a deal which began via a KS ad, I would lodge a complaint with KS if you haven't. It only takes three unresolved issues to insure he has been suspended, and my estimate is that there are more than three out there. Its all about bringing appropriate pressure to bear.

Chris, does TSE produce all BP morphs and hets in your facility as Glenn has told me?

The paperwork that TSE sends out states that the animal was produced in their facility.

When I just checked the TSE certification it was at 44 good/43 bad. After what has gone on, I had to cast my vote for bad. Hopefully ill be able to rescind it at some point. Right now its a 44/44 split...

No responses from my emails to them the last few days and I just called their number (877-737-8153) and it is "temporarily unavailable". I think it's safe to assume at this point that everybody that is owed money or animals is out of luck with this one.

I did find out how to file a civil suit in Erie County, New York so if anybody would like that info I will email you the link or post it here if it is permitted.

if I would read and get caught up I would have seen that already posted. =o)

In any event, we have two situations here:

1. People sent money and have received nothing.

This one is a pretty simple case and should be the easiest to recoup losses from.

2. People have 'hets' and are now worried that they are normals (like myself).

This one is going to be the tougher one to combat because what will the law say is a reasonable time period for proving the genetics? I have received only one email from someone else that bought 'hets' from TSE. We need to band together on this issue as it will be more difficult to get any compensation should the genetics claims be fraudulent. Has anyone here ever taken action regarding alleged hets that weren't as advertised (from ANY 'breeder')?

If I am reading this correctly,

their is no longer a method of reaching Chris or TSE either by phone, or email. Their paypal account as well as kingsnake account may be frozen, and their are no avenues open for any kind of communications.

No one has acknowledged receiving anything from TSE , that we are aware of within the last few days, and Chris is absent due to an unknown illness that is life threatning enough for him to insure that any complaints by people who sent money and received nothing are not to receive anything until everyone else gets their animals first. Seems to make sense to me! How else would you run a business that relys on self destruction.

Does anyone need to read the writing on the wall. Get in touch with the FBI internet fraud division, file a complaint , take whatever actions you can because once this breaks, their are going to be allot of unhappy customers.

One question, if chris does want to try to make things right, how would he do so now?

1) pay pal closed down (probably other major credit cards as well)
2) phones are off
3) no email responses
4) either the police or other law enforcement agency will probably seize everything (if it is found)

I guess it is passed the point where he could right things and the hope here is that everyone will be co-applicants (liens) in a bankruptcy or something similar in nature if there is something of value found for the courts to disperse to the plantiffs.

Personally i think that if he could sell a couple of his mojave's, albinos, pieds or pastels and payoff everyone that wants a refund this whole situation could go away and he could try to start all over when he gets better. But that is just the typical me always hoping for the best possible outcome for someone. It is in my nature to hope everyone can right thier wrongs and "come to god" so to speak.
