In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I did a search and it was post #1729 where it was stated that she (Laura Power/Leaftail) was ripped off for $1400 for a Mack Snow.

Jason found one individual. I'm not about to run through and look for any others in the long thread! ;)

Chuck,
My post "Did I miss something" was in responce to post #2692 which said, "Maybe she could sell her BP to recover the money she lost.". I'm not sure if I missed something while reading every post in this extremely long thread, which is why I asked.

I think what Jason was trying to point out was that their is more then just BP people that got scammed. It does seem to me that their is a lot of focus going with this in regards to BPs, while others that were scammed are being forgotten.

Stephanie,
That is what I was trying to point out. Thank you.

Jason, obviously we can go out any buy Geckos, Clowns, Pieds, Albinos, and whatever else is owed to people out there. What we can do is buy something reasonable that everyone can agree on, breed it and produce some babies. Then those that had geckos or whatever else that may not want the animals that are produced can sell the animals that are to be given to them to recover their money.

No one is being forgotten. If they contacted me I have been in touch with them.

Yeah,
That would probably be the best option, especially if there were only 1 or 2 other people who were ripped off that didn't buy BP's. I wish you and everyone else in this unfortunate situation the best of luck.

Sould have said "one of the best options". Sorry folks, as you can see from my post count, I'm new to the boards.

Hey Guys,
Post a list of what everyone was ripped off for (Exact animals and sexes), I may have an idea that would help...

Jon, I doubt you're going to get that list publicly on this thread. As stated previously there are some that want to remain anonymous. I would suggest you email your idea to Cat or Derek.

Kevin

ps - sorry for the messed up post above. Hit submit instead of quote.

Well, John.....according to the what I last understood from Detective Brown, they indeed knew where he was, for whatever good that is doing us.

***Last call for TSE Victims***

Ok Guys, it's time to step up!

If you were scammed by Chris Johnson/TSE now is the time to speak up.

We have already sent e-mails to the victims that we have on the lists. If you have not received an e-mail from the [email protected] then we either don't have you on the list or we do not have a valid e-mail address.

Either way, if you have not received an e-mail, please contact us ASAP at [email protected]

Your participation is very important.

Gawd I hope you folks can take this b*tch down, criminally, and civilly. I just feel horrible about all you folks that got screwed.

Thanks, Jeremy........we're still working on it. Believe me, there's nothing much that would make me, and probably a lot of other folks, happier. ;)

I spoke with Detective Brown today and he assured me that things are moving forward. The affidavits are signed and have been turned over to the Attorney General. He mentioned something about a large manhunt for a fugitive that has killed three officers. The efforts to catch that fugitive are using alot of resources but things are still moving forward with our case.
