    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Only if they successfully served him in the first place and then only if the judge feels it is warranted (no pun intended). If he avoided service then they'll just keep trying. Remember, this is a civil proceeding, not a criminal one.
 
So if the attorney generals office sent an investigator and he was served and he's failed to show for his hearing.....what happens next? Shouldn't a warrant be issued for failure to appear?
 
Their could be a dozen reasons

why Chris may not have showed. Its possible the attorney could have asked for postponement before the appearance date, its also possible the DA could have asked for one as well. Its also possible that because of a bankruptcy filing, the charges have to be re-worked or possibly dropped.

My gut reaction tells me that a postponement is the reason for the "no show". Chris may be a thief, but he is not stupid ! I am sure he has council, and you can bet that their are side issues that we will never be privy to.

These civil matters boil down to monies and fines. Its a revenue matter for the state to make as much as it can, and for the defendant to give as little as he can. Somewhere in the middle lies the answer. In either case senerio the loser is the public who was taken in the first place.

Well this is all very interesting and maybe I will just keep them to prove them out for sure. I have never experienced anything bad w this company. He was easy to deal with and the animals were healthy. I will just have to see what happens now.

Sounds like he MAY keep them. Like, if he can't sell them then he'll keep them. The question of the day is..... Is Nick informing people who are inquiring about these animals of their "questionable" genetics or does he realize that he got screwed and now instead of taking his lumps like the rest of us he's trying to pass it off onto someone who doesn't know any better?

Nick, perhaps you need to read this whole thread and acquaint yourself with just how " easy to deal with" Chris really was, and then step back and take a look. I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you may not have known about this until now, but IMO, ANYONE who would sell TSE hets for anything more than normal price is no better than the lying scamming scum that Chris is.
 
Well I know people who have done alot of business with him perviously before all this happened. So until you prove them out, you cant say that.
 
The only reason I have decided to sell the het pieds is because they wont be large enough to go this year.

Does anyone know what happened to TSE??

Is there anyone out there that has proven hets from them??

Nick,

You need to read this forum completely, as there have been at least 3 different people who proved their "Hets" to be absolutly het for NOTHING.

You should not in good concience sell your snakes as hets with the history behind TSE and his criminal acts. Either keep them and prove them out yourself, or sell them as normals. Either way, your reputation will stay clean and not marred by TSE.

Do what you will, but be aware that people are watching.

No het that he's sold...old enough to breed...has proved out. His hets have produced nice normals. Given that and his exit from the scene leaving some folks stranded with absolutely nothing...you have a far greater chance of currently holding normals rather then hets. He was a clever scam artist from day one.

Your consideration should be on the side of the hobbyist. If you aren't 100% sure that what you have is actually a het...you should either hold them back to prove them yourself or sell them as normals.

You should not be considering selling them as actual hets from this point forward.
