    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Not hard at all. One must simply act better than the animal they are castigating. By clamoring in agreement that the girls that perpetrated these acts should be subjected to the same, most here have in fact shown that they care little for actual justice, merely revenge served with a side of completely twisted values. If it was wrong what these girls did to the tortoise, then it would be wrong for someone to do it to them... the fact that this very, very basic corollary of basic logic and ethics escapes nearly everyone posting here says as little for the state of humanity as the actions of these girls.
 
So do unto others doesn't apply here? These twisted individuals won't receive a punishment even remotely close to what they did. That fact is what bothers me the most about what you are saying.
 
The two teenage girls responsible for the viral video of them torturing a gopher tortoise have been arrested today. Thanks to your concern and tips, Danielle Susan Dionne, 15, and Jennifer Emoke Greene, 18, have been arrested on charges of felony cruelty to animals, a third-degree felony. They were also charged with a second-degree misdemeanor: taking, harassing, harming or killing a gopher tortoise. The FWC worked with the State Attorney’s Office of the Fourth Judicial Circuit to decide the appropriate charges related to the crime.
