In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Lol. Pardon me for my language, but this **** is funny. Are these people(Alex, and Soto) retarded? It takes longer than 2 days to show any signs of infection of any kind(general)! At any rate, they probably sent out the animal that was already sick, and in the trip it got worse. Because it was originally sent out sick(possibly they didnt know it was), it could have turned for worse in the trip because of the severe stress it causes it. Who knows how the shippers treated the box! they could have thrown it around. But seriously, these people(alex and soto) are acting like children. Honestly, don't give us that bull alex and soto. You just don't want to refund the guy because he coughed up a high amount of dough, and you're greedy paws wanted it all for yourself. Obviously. The story seems like it changes alot, not only that you don't even pay welll enough attention to the e-mails. Talk about poor customer service. If you really were reputable, y ou wouldnt even give a bogus warranty like that. Most honest people give out atleast a week. Heck even this bad dealer I delt with atleast gave me a week!
Now you guys argue with him because over 2 days it appeared to be extremely sick? Are you guys stupid? Hes not going to be free 24/7 chances are he has a job of a sort(because he spent a high amount of money on a reptile), which obviously he has to deal with. In the business world, if you don't arrive on time you get your arse fired and thats the end of that. Also if its some sort of school hes going to, even still! Tardiness in college is extremely bad.
Whatever the case may be you guys are just bsing this poor seller(alex and soto).
You even said it yourself, you just ship the animal, but you couldnt have checked it? Likely story!
In any case Iam about to post a link to this thread everywhere, cause this is just plain bs and its unnacceptable.

As for jason(aka the buyer):
You should have sent this to a site that deals with internet fradulence. The FBI is very keen on this(seriously). You could also make a lawsuit, for false advertisement(also against the law). Even carrying sick animals and selling them is against the law(this part Iam not 100% sure of).
Obviously you have enough to pursue a case.

This thread is dead. However, obviously you dint read the whole thing. Kelvin refunded Jason. And I quit TOC. I am not defending TOC or Kelvin, nor do i care about what happens to them anymore. After I left, I never heard from Kelvin nor dealt with him again. I never bothered to go back. However I do know, TOC is no longer in business.
