    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Inquiry Tracy Lancaster

Are there any emails that can be posted in regard to the refund that is being given that will explain why it's being given in the first place? That would help to be able to determine if this is a person that is blatantly scamming people, using this site as a means to do so, and I would think that would warrant a ban if enough proof were posted, especially in the form of an email from this person saying why they tried to sell something they obviously don't own.
 
The ad is back up and the snake is still offered. I contacted the seller to see what they would say. Responses are quick and surprise, surprise they will throw in a male too for $750 shipped. Here are the emails I got, and no I had no intention of buying. The attatched picture is what I was sent of the male I asked about.

If you breed a Mojave x Mojave then they will produce what is known as a "Super mojave", which is an all white snake.

As for payment, you will need a credit card / debit card or a Paypal.com account with money already in it. If you have a credit/debit card, then you simply put that card on your Paypal account and send the money to my paypal from there :)

Yes you posted on the thread on Jan 24th saying the snake was sold. 2 different people claim to have bought the snake and then you dropped communication. I would look into trying to straighten that out.

Any person is willing to accept a US Postal Money Order and they fraud someone it becomes a federal offense.

If someone is comfortable taking a chance I would send a US Postal Money Order via Postal with signature required for delivery confirmation.

I came across this thread upon finding, to my amazement, I was also scammed by "Tracy Lancaster"

I had the EXACT same experience as the original poster, everything seemed legitimate enough; even giving me a shipping date for the animal. She provided the supposed address and contact info (although refused to give me a phone #). The past week or so she has neglected to respond to any of my emails, and now I see why...

I paid her the $550 in full via paypal Sunday, January 24th with receipt printed. I've saved all of the emails we've exchanged... I haven't gotten the chance to thoroughly go through this thread because quite frankly I'm livid and in complete shock. I saw it her linked from her ad (which I was deeply concerned by when she said the animal was back up for sale).

Wanted to let you guys know that "Tracy" has screwed one more out of $$$. I'll be contacting paypal now.

Would be very helpful if you could post your emails and your PayPal receipt here. So sorry it happened to you as well
 
I have not gotten any return emails since that last one. They must have realized that I was not sending any money and given up. And I'm not surprised that they have not shown up to explain everything. Hopefully others will check here before sending any more money.

Also, with an active paypal dispute doesn't their account freeze up so they cannot take any additional money out?
 
For one thing, that wouldn't stop him. For another thing, it's a different IP address pretty much every time he signs on...how are we supposed to block that?

:angry: This is the type of person that makes it difficult for the little guys like myself to be trusted!! Grrrr... that's why I just sent in my money to become a contributing member so that maybe someone will see that I'm legit and feel a little more inclined to trust!!

You have every right to rant, I understand exactly where you're coming from having been ripped off $550 from this poster.

I'll get emails up later, I'd like to censor any of my own personal information from the emails for my own sake because with shipping and doing business with her (or so I thought) I included my phone # and shipping address...information I'd rather not make public unless completely necessary.

Contacting paypal, hoping for a refund. Perhaps there will be an understanding if X amount of people now have been scammed from her paypal account.

I've done business with multplie breeders online through this classified and various sites with no problems...I guess I'll just have to be more picky about choices. Not providing her phone # should have raised a red flag, but I guess the sincerity in her responses and providing the supposed address allowed her pass under the radar.
 
To those who have been scammed, have you called paypal and tried to get any information on this person to take legal actions against?

First don't let her tell you she doesn't know about this post or the paypal problem. I was on my paypal aacoount today and they have sent her multiple notices first of my dispute and now of the escalation to a claim. I have also emailed her multiple times with no response. I sent an email today that I can just about guarantee she at least opened, so she is WELL aware of all that is going on. Paypal would not disclose much at this point, maybe they will as things progress. She has a few more days before they take action. I too was told by "Tracy" that she would not provide a number, like others it should have raised a flag but she talked a very good game and said the same things like " I understand if you are uncomfortable doing business" live and learn. I hope this person gets everything they deserve in life. What goes around comes around.......THe fact that she does not come on here and defend this whole mess further proves what kind fo person we are dealing with.

I told you "she" would at least open it....I didn't expect a response..

I said yesterday that I had sent an email that would at least get opened, here is not only that email but a copy of our correspondence since day one with my address and info left out. She did respond, and my response back to her is listed as well. As you can see I emailed her several times asking about shipment, and letting her know about this thread, I received no response until she responded to my email yesterday.

Wow, this is just sick. I watched the other "McKyle" thread and it just keeps piling up. I hope you guys get your money back.

I also want to stress that this is WHY the BOI exists. USE IT! If a deal seems to be too good to be true, it more than likely is. Unless that person has some serious references I wouldn't go for a deal like that.

I will also say I am one person who does not like to do business over the phone... 1) I have bad people anxiety 2) I am on a 3rd shift schedule, so it is near impossible anyway and 3) I like to have everything in writing. Situations like this thread make people like me look bad... Just sad. Good luck everyone.

on this did not help. I searched before purchasing the animal...nothing came up. It was not until AFTER my purchse had been made that this thread started. I use the boi and it is a great help, this time it was just a little late.....
