trade rating question

Hi hope this is the right place to ask. I have a few people I have done bussiness with that I am very pleased with and would like to know how to give them a good trade rating.

That option is only available to paid members. It's a means of preventing abuse of the system.

Only paid members can apply trader ratings to other members. This was done to keep people from creating false accounts to just pump up their own ratings. Or on the other hand, to unfairly slam someone else they have a grudge against.
