Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Trade went very bad...need advise

Thanks Chris & Rob....i will file a complaint at that address Chris sent me and i wasn't kidding when i said i would make a complaint with the SPCA..i had a police officer here to document the animals before i shipped back and they are going to file the complaint with the SPCA in CA against aaron.It doen't do any good but i will put a complaint against him at kingsnake also..
My friend in CA is going to the magistrate today to find out if i can give her power of attorney to stand in for me at the local magistrates in sacremento...if so all e-mails will be printed out and sent to her for a summons and complaint against him...if she can't stand in for me , well i visit her about every two years and this summer i'll be going out there and will file it myself against him , with all e-mails and a police report stating the shape of the animals.... no way he's getting out of this , except to ship my animals back or send the rest of the money...i will come out on top of this aaron..you screwed someone that won't leave it alone,ME
I have my own business and have to use the magistrate quite a bit for people that don't want to pay and the magistrate does't care about lame excuses all they go by is facts on paper and i have all of them in our e-mails

hey Linda...i don't have an account he just sent the money to my e-mail address and paypal informed me ...no money will be touched in there till this is resolved...it will sit there till he makes everything right or till the magistrate makes his/her ruling

Sending David some $$ does not seem like a logical way to finish the transaction. Aaron probably will not post here anymore,so maybe Rob T. can find out what his reasoning is (I'd love to know).
 
Print out the Pay Pal notice

Do not touch that money (As I see you already decided) but also print out the Pay Pal notice telling you who sent the money and how much there is. That way if he decides to keep playing games and takes that money back you have proof that he BEGAN paying for the animals, this will indicate to the judge that he recognised he owed you a debt. ~Just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer, don't play one on TV and don't even pretend to understand the legal system, I just listen to those "Court" TV shows when I'm doing dishes!

And MPI exotics, Arron, (Was it John-John or Jo-Jo?) You kept repeating that you wanted people to give you a chance. I did. This is the first post in this thread I have made. I kept waiting to see if you could dig yourself out of this whole mess, but all you did was grab enough rope to hang yourself. MPI Exotics, Arron Hammock, and Jo-Jo go down as bad guys in my book!

First, I would like to state, I am not affiliated with MPI at all. In the beginning I posted because I did not want to see anyone getting jumped on him without proof. I also posted in the other thread because a valid questions was put forth. (this questions was answered by Mr. Pollard). I do not know why Aaron is or does anything with his business. I have sold him Chameleons and have nothing to do with any Geckos nor anything to do with him selling anything. I have told him he should send the animals back and end this whole ordeal as quickly as he possibly could. I can not speak on his behalf, nor can I speak of his animals in his collection. I have contacted him and informed him that I feel he needs to address this thread earlier and presently and do everything he can to make it right for himself, Mr. Pollard, and everyone else in the Herp Community and on the BOI. I hope it gets resolved quickly to suit everyone's requirements. Again though, I am not affiliated nor responsible in any way for MPI_EXOTICS or Aaron Hammock.

Aaron, Aaron, Aaron, What can I say? You have really proved beyond any shadow of a doubt what people will get from doing business with you. I knew before you doing this paypal payment, but allot of people with any shred of doubt on your behalf definitely know now.

David, definitely, in absolutely no way touch it. Accepting it in any way will give you no possible way to acheive anything in a court of law. No matter what they tell you they are going to do as far as the rest they owe. Once you take payment of any kind you lose all recourse.

Sorry to hear that Dave can you email me a street address. I had emailed this guy before i read your post.

We dont have any good shops in Sacramento. So i was emailing him to inquire on his shop.

There was one place in sac and if i had the address i would know it. It was horrendous when i walked inside, and im wondering if this might be the same shop. It was something exotics, so im not sure if it was the same or not. But i would like to know and find out. Almost like you described, starved animals, Poor husbandry, Sick animals, Dirty enclosures. Didnt even stick around long enough to check for mites i was so disgusted. Over 50% of the animals looked to be in bad shape.

In closing i just want to find out if its the same shop or not.

Never heard of it. Only decent place i have been to was Upscale Reptiles in Elk Grove. And they really didnt have much. Even though they seemed to have a clean place

Throw me an address. Its a bit of a drive (I am in Placerville) but next time i go down to Sac, ill cruise by and check it out.

Soon as i get more of my Green Tree's breeding. I think im going to open a small shop out of my house for supplies and feed. There isnt a single decent place within a 60 mi radius.

Hey yea they are a lot better than any other I have seen several places in sac that discust me. But animal kingdom has to be the best they will try and get what ever reptiles you want even though their selection isnt quite full enoughf. Someone tolled me they will be expanding the reptile selection but their store is kinda small. here is the address...

yea he is a big time crook...he uses the name gavin then later tells everyone his real name is aaron and gavin is his son. I guess he doesn't care he's making is son look like a theif and a liar just to try and cover him. I reported him to all the internet fraud sites including the FBI one under the name of Gavin and Aaron Hammock and also i have spoken to his local magistrate about him, he will pay for what he did to me. Everyone needs to know what kind of crook he really is under all his name

What a horrible ordeal! I just got done reading this thread and am appalled at the lack of care and dishonesty done my Aaron/MPI. What does MPI stand for, Most Pathetic Individual? What sold me on this clear case of his dishonesty is Aaron not sending back the snakes. That was the final nail right there. How stupid is that? DUH?

I feel horrible for those poor animals. It is sick and makes me puke when innocent creatures are treated like that, when the idea is that they are originally being bred for those responsible to enjoy their companionship and presence in their household. People like MPI shouldn't even have any animals in their collection. I wonder how he treats his kids?

Well i still haven't left it alone. I e-mailed him 2 weeks ago and asked to him to fix it and he still hasn't e-mailed back. I will be in his town visiting friends in August and will see his local magistrate and fill out a summons and complaint with all e-mails we sent each other. No way can he get out of paying me the rest of the money he owes me..i won't rest till he's in front of the judge

Did'nt he send you a payment on the animals? I don't want to go back and read the entire thread. If my memory is right He sent a payment and you did not want it because it was not enough. Did you ever accept that payment?
