    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The Claws n Paws was a buisness my father and I had opened.  It started to go down hill financilly and we closed the store and the internet connection got cut off.

MY FATHER AND I---THAT I MEANS TRENTON
WE CLOSED THE STORE--THAT WE MEANS TRENTON

I DID NOT MAKE UP THE STATEMENT I WROTE--THAT IS YOUR WORDS---YOU OWNED THE BUSINESS WITH YOUR FATHER--THEREFORE THE DEBT IS EQUALLY YOURS---GUESS WHAT--SCREWING A BUNCH OF PEOPLE OVER, CLOSING YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN REOPENING UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME IS NOT A NEW CONCEPT--BEEN DONE A MILLION TIMES--IT IS UNTIL PEOPLE LIKE ME MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR THAT YOU ARE INDEED THE SAME PERSON, YOU CONTINUE YOUR SCREWING WAYS---WELL GUESS WHAT-NOT GONNA HAPPEN---YOU FREELY ADMIT A FEW POST AGO THAT YOU AND YOUR FATHER OPENED THE BUSINESS, BUT WHEN SOMEONE CONFRONTS YOU ABOUT THAT--THAN YOU DENY ANY KNOWLEDGE--GROW UP~~~--PAY YOUR DEBT ---

Ben.... you KNOW I luv ya, but, in this case.... Trenten has a point.... if he was under the age of consent (18), he couldn't sign a legal contract if he wanted to??? He couldn't have any legal ownership of the store, either?? He might be MORALLY obligated to make good on his family's debt.... but, he has no LEGAL obligation.... you would have to sue his father, (with Trenten named as co-defendent).... If he's in Florida.... it's real easy in Small Claims Court....
Ben, you know I'm not a lawyer, but, I'm pretty sure I'm correct.... you might want to double-check my "facts" with your attorney, though.... good luck....

ok neil--get your point---not the point i am trying to make-this is the kid that placed all the orders, and he was with his father--he still lives with his father, and this duo has ripped off a bunch of locals as well as out of staters--just ask fredo--he is the one on the board--if his father was on here, i would be ripping in to him just as hard-
 
I will make sure that you get paid Ben!  It might be a % at a time but it will get to you.  As soon as my father gets off work I will have him contact you via e-mail.  I will also e-mail you his address and where you can contact him at if you would wish to speak to him quicker than that.  I will be in contact with you to make sure that this matter is handled.  I still do not think that I should be responible for a debt that was between you and my father but I will help him make it up to you.

Ben.... don't get me wrong, pal... you have EVERY RIGHT to be mad as hell! I certainly would be! But, that's not going to win the case.... if Trenten has opened a Scales and Tails that is a RETAIL PET STORE.... then it's pretty clear that his FATHER is the actual OWNER, seeing as a 17 year old can't "buy" a store??? If you know his father's address.... just go to your closest Courthouse and file??? They will end up having to pay all court costs, and maybe some penalties....
I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't waste your time yelling at this kid.... he certainly doesn't care??? Take pops to court and get your pay-back that way!

than you are as responsible as your father---forget the legal stuff, you know you are just as responsible

and we tried that little bit at a time stuff--you know what happened--you guys never called us and just ignored all attempts to contact you--i had to catch you in person at the expo to confront you, and than it was--oh i am so sorry--we will pay you right away, i had no idea that i bounced an $800 check on you--not a clue--yeah right-

As soon as I found out that the check bounced that was wrote to fredo.  I out of my own pocket payed him.  If I paid him how is that called ripping someone off?  I remember him getting bank statments from a few others that had went bad.  After him contacting the bank they were made good too.
 
so you pay fredo and others, but you neglect to pay me--so you admit fault and pay your debts to others,, you just wrote that, you paid him out of your own pocket,(which is not the story i got)-but i get the line---oh i had nothing to do with that--that was all my fathers fault--so why take care of your debts with others, but give me the f off gesture-Ben
 
Ok Ben lets just hold it right here.  I will get you paid and I will email you every day with an update.  I see that I am not going any where with this.

Just for the record, if it needs to go this far, I believe Florida law allows triple damages to be collected on small claims court actions involving passed bad checks.  Up to a maximum of $6,000 per claim.
 
Rich.... I forgot about "treble" damages.... you can get triple the amount of the check, if the check was given to you knowing there wasn't enough money in the bank at that time to cover said check, or it was drawn on a closed account....

In any case.... Trenten.... if you are really serious about making restitution for your father to Ben.... why don't you show a good faith effort (at the least) and make the NEXT email Ben gets from you, have the heading.... "You've got Cash"!! If I'm not mistaken.... his PayPal addy is [email protected] .... why don't you surprise us ALL???

Geesh, what a mess this has turned into...  Hopefully Trenten will make good on what he owes me.  Nothing has been received as of yet.  As far as the situation with Ben....  I think Trenten's father needs to step up to the plate here and own up to his debt.  It doesn't say much for his father to let him take the full rap for something he (the father) is really responsible for.  Ben, I hope you get what is owed to you.  Good luck!

As I stated in several of my earlier posts, I would come here and state when payment has been received. Well, thank you Trenten, payment has been received!! It's been a long time coming, but I have to give credit to this site as well. Thanks Fauna!
