• Responding to email notices you receive.
    **************************************************
    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well my trip came to an end.i do believe i picked the worst week possible this yeari'll post the pics in the order found.we did find several animals.very few posed for a picture.i had always thought i had a nice sized set of kahonas till i went on this trip.i saw my 1st ever wild rattler and it was right at 6 foot.when i found him he was all of 12 or 13 foot and not a happy camper to see me.i was so glad he left the area. i dropped my $500.00 mavica camera and if he was staying so was the camera.i'll stick to my 18 foot burms and retics and you all can have your rattlers.but anyway on to the pics.and oh yea .now i show my true ignorance on native wild life.i don't know what any of them are other than the last and not even sure on it.this little girl all 61/2 foot of her was found on 277

not a bad trip for my 1st try.we drove 3654 miles in 5 days.saw thousands of assorted frogs and toads,golden millipedes,huge dear,and several other things.i figure pretty good since it was right at cold at night and flooding rains 2 nights. went into mixico.all the cabbies wanted to take us to boystown ?? i'll be back down soon any advise on boystown ??also anyone want to try and get a meeting up down there ?? just thinking it might be cool to meet some of the people we talk to on this site.

all of the skinks were found on the way down.all were found under old rail road ties.yea it was fun.i knew i was a little early in the year but had a chance to sneak off both from work and the wife so why not.and i guess i'm still hungover from the MEXICO trip.i really do know how to spell it.so i'll be back next month looking for some of the colubs i hear about.
