I've been wanting to purchase a pair of balls that Top Shelf Exotics is advertising. I've left 2 emails and called about a dozen times. Emails have gone unanswered and all calls go either straight to a machine, or I sit on hold for a few minutes and then get a machine. I've tried calling at different times of day within their posted hours. Is this a normal problem with their customer service? I've spent 3-4 days not counting the weekend trying to give them money!
