In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Here are some recent pictures of the male TSK Axanthic BumbleBee that we produced this season.
He does not seem to be browning out much, and seems to get cleaner with every shed. His High White sides are also really beginning to show.

I can't wait to get some other CoDoms into this project. I imagine him having Fire, Mojo, Pinstripe, Calico, or Lesser in him, and can't wait to get it done.

We are also looking forward to producing the Ax.KillerBee, and Ax.SuperPastels, and may have a shot at making them this season, if this guy is willing and able to breed our .3 Pastel 66%het Ax.'s this Spring.
If he is not ready this season, we will be pairing his Pastel het TSK Ax. sire with those females and attempting to produce TSK Axanthic Super Pastels, instead of pairing those females with our male Spider het TSK Ax. and attempting to make more Ax.Bees.

Take Care,
-Rob Kelly

Very nice Rob! I think any of those co-doms would work nicely...as would a genetic reduced pattern.

Thanks Y'all.

To be honest, there is not a project that we are working on at this time, that will not be enhanced by this one, eventually.
I hope to get the CoDoms that I listed, into this project this season or next, with CoDom 100%hets first, and visuals by 2014 - 2015.

We are also working the Hypo gene into this project, and trying to produce Spider and Pastel DH True Ghost (50% Axanthic / 100% Hypo,) as well as Classic (Normal) 100%DH True Ghost (females,) this season.

Our Hypos are also BlackBacks, and have somewhat of a reduced pattern.
The male is a proven Genetic BlackBack, and has produced solid BB's for us.
The females mother was a solid BlackBack, but she is yet to produce for us, so I can't say that she will produce BB's.
They should make some very nice True Ghost HumbleBees some day.

Here is a pic of our male, and one of our female Hypos.
The color is WAY OFF, but you can see what I mean about their BB and patterns.

So Robert, in order to produce a Humblebee the quickest way would be to breed a bumblebee to a ghost. Hold the babies and breed back correct? What are True Ghost Humblebees?

True ghost is hypo x axanthic....another one of my absolute favorites that hopefully I'll get into at some point.

Oh wow those sound amazing. Looks like you're well on your way! Have they been produced before? Any pictures?

Well, a HumbleBee is a Pastel / Spider / Hypo, so I believe the quickest way to make a HumbleBee would be a
(Hypo / Spider) HoneyBee x SuperPastel Hypo pairing.

True Ghost is a Double Recessive, Axanthic / Hypo.
A True Ghost HumbleBee is an Axanthic / Hypo / Pastel / Spider.
