Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

This an an update to the thread titled "Need Advice" below.

I have not been able to contact John Donohue of Tuwa' chu a' Serpents since last Wednesday, when he promised to ship my snake for a 4th time. He has not returned my voicemails, nor can I leave a new voicemail as has voicemail box is full (apparently I'm not the only person trying to contact John).

I contacted my credit card company to get a credit on my account, and sent a rather direct email to John demanding he credit my account.

Does anyone have contact info for John Donohue of Tuwa' chu a' Serpents? Home phone (I only have cell), address, anything? Please email.

Also, anyone know the potential for mail fraud charges in these cases?

Sounds to me like something is wrong.
And NO, I do not mean fishy.
I mean wrong. Like maybe he had an emergency or something.
It does happen from time to time.

As far as I know Tuwachua is an honest guy. So give him some time.

by the way. If your credit card company credits you.
And if John credits you...does that mean two credits?
Sorry I do not know how the credit thing works.

Anyway give him sometime. Sometimes unfortunate things happen.
 
I have given him time.

I purchased the snake on 7/13. As said above, he promised delivery 4 times. I even asked if there was a problem with delivery, and received no response other the standard "got busy", etc. If I had a reseanable excuse at any point during the last 3+ weeks, I would have had no problem. But promising 4 times to deliver, come on!

He was quick to take the money, and I have no snakes!

ive been having the same problem

i recently order rodents from them but have not seen 1yet..its been almost 2weeks now and Ive been having trouble contacting them..they dont pick up the phone nore answer my emails..I hope this is just an emergency for them cause if not,thats really just bad bussiness..

I actually purchased the snake at the Pittsburgh show. They didn't have any het females with them, however they claimed to have some at home and said they would ship. I will be attending the show on Sunday, in an attempt to speak with John.
