Brandon HAS now fessed up, apolagized and is trying to hold onto a little bit of dignity.

Brandon Fessed up and apologized. I agree with you. It just so happens his confession was yet another lie.

How would you like brandon to make this better? he has apolagized and asked for forgiveness. What would make everyone happy??

What would make me happy is if his confession was not another lie. Perhaps reading his excuses and the timeline I posted would be in order.

This Supposed lie did not involve any money, any reptiles, or anything else of value.

It is not a "supposed" lie. Yes you are right. It did not involve money or anything of value. OR DOES IT. It involves reputation. And the reputation of a business is something of value. If it was "valueless" why would people sue for slander and libel. It was not a dead horse. If I did not post the "FACTS" we wouold not have known that his confession was another lie.

Oh yeah.
Look at the tittle underneath the picture to the right of my post.

p.s. I too have been curious as to what my "reputation" is. But I will not post and ask about myself. I will not conjure up a fake name and ask about myself. I will not lie and say I used my friends account because I do not have one......but the records show that he did have one.

PErhaps rereading my first post on this matter is in order.
That way you can see that he did not "fess" up.
Infact he tried to cover up his lies with even more lies.

Ritchie, This isnt my battle and my values are not in question here. If you twist things around, thats fine but you are a perfect example of the paranahs I talk about. This subject has definatly been beat to death. I have noticed that most people have read this thread,made their judgement on Twinstate and some even spoke their piece. Thats wonderful,now let it go.
I have to say though that it is childish to question my values and morals based solely on my choice to speak freely. People like you are whats wrong with this world. This forum has become more of a juvinial p#$%ing match then a help. Maybe it is an ego boost to bash someone you dont know,will never meet, and will never have to look face to face.
I guess I cant help to get angry when My reputation and values get pulled into something that I was not involved in. I brought myself into this discussion to shed some further light on this subject becouse I personally know the guys in question. I questioned it because you say his little lie "did not involve any money, any reptiles, or anything else of value." Therefore rendering it harmless. 1. Do not say you condemn his lying and in the same breadth tell us to go away and move on because it was just a little lie.

Let me explain myself since you say I am a pirahna and I am all over this thread or something.

If you look and exacmine CAREFULLY, I was letting this thread go.
He made a mistake, explained himself and apologized. all was good and happy in my world. but I kept getting this feeling in my gut that did not sit right. So I investigated (my "Job" on this board). That is when I found out his apology and his confession was yet another lie. So I posted it and went on my merry way. but then the thread was still going.....so I came back to see what was going on.
That iswhen I saw someone basically question my post and the validity thereof by saying that his lie was just a little lie and was just a "supposed" lie. The term "supposed" puts into question my post. I then examined the posts and realized that you were saying his lie was little and did not harm anyone and to just let it go. then yo proceeded to call people names. Then you proceeded to state that any negative comments that goes against the majority is attacked.

Look at Greg's arguements. He (in the beginning) stood up for twin state. He did not call anyone names. He did not tell anyone to go away. Was he attacked? Not that I know of. As a matter of fact ...I WELCOME his comments.

Look at your comments. You say you are not involved but you posted.
You tell everyone to go away...but you posted.
you called everyone names.....then complain about attacks.
You say his lie was harmless and to move on. (Meaning his little lie is okay with you) but at the same time you also condemn his lie.
then you question my post by saying his lie was only a "supposed" lie.

Ritchie, I say "supposed" becouse I dont throw around accusations if I havent personally done the research. I apolagize for singling you out but I felt that you were questioning my values. I have stated over and over that I dont agree with lying. You and I have never had any disputes in the past and I dont intend this forum to cause hard feelings. I did not do my research until page 4. Proof that I let it go so long without thinking anything of anything. Sometimes it takes five pages to get to the bottom of things. If you look....I do not think he "fessed up" until page three.
So yes sometimes it takes a while to get to the point.

A little advice. YOu can have the best animals with the best prices. But in the end....people will think twice before dealing with a known liar. I will take your SUDDEN speachlessness (typelessness) as an admitance that you got caught.
Maybe you will come to explain yourself yet again. Maybe you won't. But try to turn things around....always tell the truth. That way there are no loose strings for people to point out. As aforementioned....this is the internet. Deals are made site unseen, therefore reptutaion is everything. The truthfulness of a person is everything. And on a last note. You can NOT just wake up one day and say that you are a business.

I wouldn't judge Brandon actions too hard if in fact he asked a friend to inquiry about him. After all it has been done in the past. People manifested interest and inquired about an animal that they did not intend to buy but just to get info about the seller and the animal in question and then post it here. Is this kind of white lie justified? How many of us here in the BOI are guilty of this? How does this differ from a friend asking if someone has dealt with Brandon because he is intending to buy (which is not true). Please correct me if I'm wrong.

A different story is if Brandon made up a name (Jesse) or even used a real one to post about himself. That shows premeditation.

Just my opinion.

I know some of you are very angry with Brandon right now. I am in no way supporting the lies he may have said, but I am not against him either. I just found out I wasnt getting any replies to my emails due to my account being screwed up. I just read these and wanted to post them .They are from Brandon on the 5th of April.

ok your right you know it all you were right there when i supposivly wrote that jesse how thread!! im sure you have made mistakes in the past so i dont see how you can say you never make mistakes!! oh yeah thats right you dont because you are so perfect and always right !! and the thing about the chat room i have seen you put down people in there over little things such as honest mistake of identifcation of a certian snake and so on. but you are always right so you would never do that or so you say i wish i had copied it that day when i saw you do it. but i didnt know this would arise and i thought you were more mature then this so i didnt think anything of it. but go ahead and keep posting what you want i dont care my animals and customer service speak for them selves . i have recived emails both yesterday and today telling me to just ignore you and saying that what you write wouldnt effect a desicion for them to make a sale with me since you blew up such a minor thing that has absolutley nothing to do with reptiles they said they all new how well my animals and customer service is.!!!!!!! it is just a case of you on a power trip!!!

Im posting these to point out a few things,
1, I never put down anyone in chat except for you.
2, I dont care if you think lying on this board is no big deal.
3, I dont care if people emailed you telling you they dont think bad of you for being a liar.
4, It doesnt bother me a bit if people actually emailed you to tell you they think I blew this outta context.

As I said before, I posted this because I knew Jesse was you, and I knew something was up. Although I couldnt prove that your the only poster useing the name Jesse Howe, at least Ritchie busted you in another lie.

If people think this is no big deal, thats fine, and if they also think its wrong to expose a liar, thats fine as well. Then I guess im wrong.
