    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ty Park Florida?? Any Information?

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any dealings with Ty Park in Florida? He has an add on KingSnake wanting to buy Beardies and I just wanted to know if anyone has delt with him. Has offered payment threw PayPal before I ship but I have heard sometimes PayPal payments can be retracted (???). any information would be a great help.
 
I ordered some Yellow Ackies back a few weeks ago.He seems somewhat of a nice guy,as he held animals for me until he received p/o money order.Transaction went smooth,shipped when he said he would.
 
I have known Ty for over 15 years now. He is a great guy to do business with. Animals I have received from him have been of good quality. Will continue to do business with him.

Jeff and Marcus, just wanted to thank both of you and post a follow up on how my deal went with Ty. He does a lot of travel and can not always get back with a person right away so he made sure he got me a contact person in his company that I could get a hold of at any time. Transaction went smooth, I will tell anyone selling to him that he uses E check on his PayPal so it does take a few days to clear. Had me a little on edge at first after what had happen to me last year (not with him!) but it cleared with no problems. His manager Jessica was really great to talk with and also provided alot of useful tips as well. I will have no problems with selling to them again.
 
I have known Ty for years. He is one of the best in the business! Very trustworthy. I highly recommend Ty Parks.

Ty Parks is great!!! I just had the smoothest transaction with him. He seems like a nice guy, and paid before I even knew it. I recommend Ty!!!
 
He was part of our dinner party in Chicago a few years back - very professional guy, very well known in the industry as well. Nothing to worry about with him at all.
 
This guy is very terrible to work with! I had several tegus for sale. He contacts me to purchase, then as I agree to work out a deal he is becomes very rude and states "I have been doing this for 36years, you do not know what your talking about." As someone who is so called a known breeder as he says. it is very hard to believe he has the ability to sell anything. Then he tells me to ship all my tegus to him then he will pay me. Now that is kind of insane don't you think. Why would anyone want to send there animals free, then receive payment?

I have proof of email that he wants to buy the Tegus and his excuse is that my fauna account didn't have any record? i was really surprised to hear that great of an excuse. He then says after I am nice enough to call him back after he hung up, "I don't talk on the phone, I want to email instead." This person does not deserve to be someone with a great reputation. He thinks he is the number one breeder of the world. If he was the number one breeder in the world they should be kind and have respect to those that he is trying to purchase from.
My advice is to not purchase anything from Ty Park! He will waste your time and definitely be rude!

Last but most important. He sent a Tegu that was severely injured and had no way of living. I have proof of her terrible condition. He states that the tegu must have been stressed during shipping. I asked for a refund or replacement and he said "a sale is a sale!"Ty Park should not be able to buy or sell to anyone. He is very very rude and does not have healthy animals at all! Please stay away for your own good, or take a risk if you please...
 
If you're selling a wholesale lot, it's apparently not unusual for the buyer to issue payment after receiving the animals and inspecting them. If you have proof that he sent you an injured animal, and refused to take responsibility for it, post whatever evidence you have. Also post any emails that support your other claims.
 
This is so sad that he make up things that is not true. I decided against sending him Paypal first because I caught him a lies couple of time on the phone. I decided at that point it would be wiser if we went to emails instead so we will have record of conversation. He has a post on Fauna stating that he has a female black and white tegu that is 2.5 years old and 4 feet long that laid 64 eggs and had 57 healthy babies. I can't prove that information is not true but in my experience, it seem unlikely. His last statement about buying a tegu from me is such a blatant lie...its really laughable. He has no proof that I sold him a tegu because I never sold him one. Please be careful of him and I would not advise anyone to send him any fund before seeing the animal first.
 
Also to respond and post something about myself after the fact truly shows that you are trying to cover up a lie. I have bought a tegu from you and just because you knew I lost the receipt you can say I didn't purchase one. And what I stated in my post is correct. There is no lie I have said. What facts remains on the post. My tegus are 3 1/2 years old and produced 57babies. Don't try and cover your tracks because you know your wrong. Also one mistake you think it's ok to screw one person over and let everyone read all the other post that are good about you. IT IS DEFINITELY IMMATURE AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE A BREEDER OR SELLER TY PARK!
 
i am not selling wholesale lot. i was selling 3 tegus at 1,000$ which is a fair price that TY PARK offered! When I find the paper work of him selling this animal I will definitely post the receipt!

A "lot" simply means a group.

What you say doesn't seem to add up. When did this alleged purchase take place; before or after you two failed to come to an agreement on Ty buying your tegus? If it was after, it seems odd that you'd make a purchase from someone who you claim is rude and unreasonable. If it was before, why would you have tried to sell animals to someone that you claim still owes you reimbursement?

Ty claims that you never bought anything from him. Can you prove that you did, and that it arrived injured?

I've deleted three or four duplicate threads about this all over the site. Now we have this conversation going on several threads on the BOI. Nobody is going to be able to follow what is going on.

So lets let the other threads drop and discuss it here.





 
What you obviously don't understand is i purchased a tegu a while back and did not notice it was the same guy! please do not tell me Ty PArk is paying you to argue for his side too. if so that is very childish and you should really get a life. If someone screws you over like he has please let me see you handle it when i keep questioning you. btw how much is Ty PArk paying you? I know he knows he is wrong and when that receipt is found I will post it. any more questions ApexPredatorBoids
 
Can you tell us how you paid for the tegu you supposedly bought from me? How did you buy him from me...by phone conversation? Email? Text? Can you provide record? Why do you make up things without anything to back up your story? LOL....

By the way, why are the two tegu photos you emailed me of the two tegus for sale different tegu than the one you posted on the ad? Why do you advertize her as 2.5 yr old on the ad and now you are stating that she is 3.5 yrs old? If you produced 57 babies, do you have any record of selling them?

Do you have anythingthat shows any kind of direct links between Ty and this injured tegu? Let me guess...it was all over the phone, right?
