    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Ty park/ ty lizards FL

At this point, I would like to hear from a participant who got their prize from this "raffle". Specifically, who they got the prize from.

This is the only thing that has concerned me, for you, if, indeed, the raffle was not legal.

Even if this is how it turns out, true, it will, further (in other ways), not look good for the other party/parties.

I totally agree that the best, and easiest, thing, to do, would be for Ty to give you the prize that you fairly, and deservedly, won.

They peruse recent small claims records and contact the plaintiff to see if they are interested, unfortunately it does require both parties to consent.
This would have been a very easy out for Ty so now it seems increasingly obvious that his stubborn pride is what is standing in the way of resolving this matter.
Unless he truly believes his counter claim is all he needs to take care of this.

He'd be exposed as a douche in front of millions on tv, and $3,000 isn't much to him, this is about his ego, imo hell spend $10,000 to get out of paying this $3,000 if he can.
 
I don't know if I've asked/mentioned before, but has anyone considered that he may have wrongfully reported something tax-wise because if this? Finding an actual crime may be the only thing that makes him wise up.
 
I want everyone to do themselves a favor and cut out the name-calling unless the desire is to rack up infractions a-plenty.

Has anything actually happened? A court date set? Paperwork filed? Any actual steps towards a resolution?

The amount of conjecture and opining going on could end up being a barrier for someone who might have help to offer, it's a lot to sift through.

Because in mass raffles are illegal the court could only award me 500 (cost of the tickets and the filing fee )
The mass court clerk set a date for the end of February to give me more time to look into the laws in FL and AZ. to possibly file there instead.
The clerk called ty and asked him if he wanted to make an offer to try to resolve this. He said all he was willing to do was to give me $400
Then the clerk asked him if he was still willing to send me the "tegu" that he claimed to be holding for me. Ty said NO. he said he auctioned off that one and said he didn't have any other ones.
The clerk asked him if he was willing to give me a T+ next year. Ty said NO
So the clerk told me I should prob try and find councel and find out what can be done in maybe his state.

But I think If I filed it in FL it might be the same there too because this raffle that ty/IRCF was illegal as well.

It gets so confusing where there are multiple states involved

The attorney generals in AZ and FL have been notified as well as the AZ gaming commission.

I sent the IRCF a letter asking for my prize and they did respond. Their response I felt was a slap in my face. Included was a check but only for $400 for the cost of the 4 tickets i bought.
I'm not cashing it and we are exploring all othre options

It's pretty clear that ty does not want to give me the prize he promised. .
And it's unfortunate that it had to go this far.

I won a prize and I would like to receive this promised prize. Which was an albino (ty produced) tegu or 3,000
Its been made clear that he can afford to pay $3,000
And I am pretty sure he has a few hold backs that he could offer.

I don't think he is willing to or even want to try and resolve this (he knows that he will only prob have to pay 500 because the raffle was illegal )

I'm very dissapointed in the way he has handled this whole ordeal

In most cases you don't become a multimillionaire without screwing others, especially in real estate if that is in fact what he does/did.
 
Michelle Cutler, (sugarhedgie), you should tell the truth about your only intention to get money from ty. you filed a small claim asking for 3,000, then you amended the small claim asking for 5,000, then you filed another complaint under chapter 93A asking for 10,000, then you sent a letter to IRCF asking for 5,000, so in total you wanna get 23,000 !!! This is extortion. You want to get rich by publishing your twisted side of the story. and you people, that make comments based on her dubious statements, should ask her to post a copy of both of her small claims, a copy of the chapter 93A claim, and the letter of extortion sent to IRCF. Additionally, this case is still pending in court, so don't be pre-judging because the judge hasn't decided this case yet. When I read the chats between you and ty, he offered to give you a tegu, but you refused. Obviously, you had the intention to refuse because you wanna extort money from him and from IRCF. so, look out guys, beware of people like Michelle Cutler....

First of all
"The tegu you offered to give me" was the one from an undisclosed breeder friend. (That was NOT what this raffle was for.)
if you only were a man of your word and gave me the tegu of 3,000 like you promised we wouldn't be where we are right now

So Let's keep the warning on you.

The letter that I wrote to the IRCF was posted on this thread. It definately is NOT trying to extort money. It was trying to get my prize.

The original small claims form was a few sentences and yes i asked for the $3,000 , the $400 for the tickets I purchaced and my 100 filing fees.

I couldn't keep up with your silly responses like lack of venue/juristriction, exrentions , proposterous answer (stating that you had until dec 31 to produce the tegu "that you had promised to deliver by July 2016"), counterclaim and extensions. ( when you asked for more time because you couldn't leave the farm to go to mass or your animals could or would die. But you were on vacation any way.
Because YOU gave the other 2 winners the "more expensive $5,000 T+ tegus" YES I modified my claim to ask for the value of the same tegu (the only one you said that YOU had produced) and YES because YOUR "business practices WERE indeed UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE" under mass law I DID file a chapter 93 a on you. Which is within my right being a mass resident!!

It has already been stated that BECAUSE "the raffle" was an ILLEGAL RAFFLE and they are illegal in mass that The clerk in mass could only award me the 400 plus the 100 filing fees, they are giving me more time to Persue other avenues, in your state and Az.
Which I am doing.

I find myself wondering if Lizard101 is actually Gabriel Alvaro Scaff-Martinez. I have a feeling they're one and the same. If so, he's spent enough time in various courtrooms that he may actually believe he's qualified to be an attorney.

If it's the same guy, Ty Park may want to choose his associates with more care.

"6 baby albino tegus that I produced that I'm keeping back as future breeders---couple of them were camera shy and buried themselves under the mulch. We were also able to raise significant funds by donations 3 to couple of reptile non-profits."


He always adds in about his donating and good deeds.

Yes He raised the $ but refuses to give me (one of the winners) my prize.

Also he states on his page that they will be doing future auctions/raffles. They are illegal unless he pulls the appropriate permits. So be careful entering into raffles/auctions because if they are being held illegally you may never get your prize.
