Michelle, I will say that Mr. Walker is spot on with respect to you subjecting yourself to undo stress. I believe that the majority of rational people here agree with you, and you need not be offended by those who don't see the obvious. TY is absorbed in his status as a king of uninformed minions. Money talks. We get that. Abuse of power. We get that. The intoxicating need to be looked up to and admired. We get all of that narcissistic mumbo-jumbo. You NEED NOT DEFEND yourself here. The people defending Ty would want the same justice you seek if this happened to them, yet they will NEVER admit it. Trust me, you're in good hands here. We know who's right and who's wrong. Totally agree! I can't imagine anyone accepting this situation if it involved them personally. It's easy to sit back and criticize how Michelle interacted with Ty, but I think almost everyone would have been questioning what it was they were going to get, and whether they would get the promised $3K since he had not, at the time of the discussion, produced any tegus he was willing to send.

Ty is wrong in this. Period.

I have said here a few times that I do not know how to take quotes from different comments and put all in one so when I respond it's usually a different post everytime. I don't know all of the fauna ins and outs but geeezzzz when Casey has diareaha of his mouth and says in post # 850 that

" he said he was sending a purple." that is a LIE.
He said a purple is worth $5000 and "I only owe you $2,500" he said he didn't produce any of the t- blues and couldn't even get them from his friend didn't communicate to me that he had "decided to send me a purple but demands my shipping info to send me "a tegu that will grow up like the one in the raffle post??? That was a t- that he didn't have and could t get and I know they don't just come out of the blue He wouldn't disclose the breeders info or pics of the albino that we couldn't event get from the friend so wtf is he going to ship me?????


it seams like caset only chose what he wanted to post, so sorry but felt compelled to clarify. TY PARK never said he would send me a purple, he said no when I asked and in his post #77 he said he was going to send me one BUT decided not to communicate that to me so he could see how greedy I was. SMFH.

I know what ty did was wrong , and I know many of you do too. For normal people it is fairly easy to see. As long as their eyes are open and not up Ty's butt. What he did was unfair, deceptive, shady and Not what a good business person would have done.

There are a few people on this thread I am not going to even waste any more of my time on by responding. But if they post lies like ty does I will post a pic again to remind them and rebut it.

Many agency's are involved now in FL AND going to be in AZ too

I got a message on Tuesday from one of the Florida state agencys now involved that does have some legal authorities that they read my complaint and contacted ty. And ty told them that he asked me for my shipping info to send me my prize 2ce. They are Ipen tomorrow and I will be calling them back to explain the whole story and that he refused to tell me what he was going to ship.
I also have everything printed out to send them if they need it.

Like I have said from the start I may not win but I didn't get the prize I "won " from ty anyway so it's worth a shot because he has clearly showed that he is not sending me nothing. Making excuses after excuses and trying to justify his wrong doings.
again it's VERY unfortunate that someone like ty whom alot of people respect/ed and the IRCF would pull this crap to Rusk their reputations. Ty's reasoning is because if a feeling/opinion HIS opinion that I'm greedy. (Not greedy I was just someone who had a backbone and didn't let him pull the Im the alll mighty god om me !!!!! IRCF is basicly that it's not their problem it's between ty and I. They didn't mind receiving a $14,510 donation though. Well that's if they even got the whole thing. Becauae they wouldn't even answer that question. All the shadyness , no answers, so many broken promises and games for what!!!!
Imho there is no ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED HERE.

Michelle, playing naive can be very annoying to some people. The parts I highlighted from you are what I'm talking about. You know he did not post pictures because he did not produce any, but you act like "i'd like to see some pictures of the cute babies that you produced", knowing full well there ARE NOT any, this is a coy game that got tiresome. Ty knew you wanted him to "repeat" that he did not have pics, because he did not produce any, so you could start all over with the, "I think I'd rather just have the money, that way I can buy a cute baby from you next year". Naive, coy, tiresome, whatever you want to call it.

When Ty said,

, I guess he meant it.

I am not saying I think you were in the wrong, I'm saying you messed up, that's all. I do not know if you missed the signals, or if you just did not think Ty could be serious. You even had a list of questions you submitted to Ty after you filed suit, I looked for them but could not find them.

Holy crap I could not agree more, I guess if 1 guy wants to be an arm chair quarterback and go over mistakes he feels Michelle made so be it but it is unfortunate since she is not the bad guy here. Trying to confirm she was going to get what she was promised is merely due diligence, aggravated or not Ty could have confirmed what he was going to ship to her. I'm not upset, I'm trying to get through to her like several others have before in this thread. She is, with every picture avalanche, most likely causing people to grow weary with "keeping up". I was merely giving her a way to reference those pictures (which, like you, I feel you ought to do), but do it in a way that people don't get assaulted with a giant scrolling mess every time... especially since she's already posted them in the thread previously, it will be less work on her part to do the linking I mentioned, which she could probably benefit from given all the work she's already put towards this thread...

I can see Casey's point here. Once it became obvious that Ty was not going to keep his word I probably would have just given him my address and accepted whatever albino tegu he shipped and cut my "losses". That doesn't mean Michelle was wrong for not doing it that way though. Either way Ty Park really treated someone poorly that donated a fairly large (to me anyway) amount of money to a charity with little chance of getting anything in return. The only fair resolution is for Michelle to either get an albino tegu that Ty produced, which is obviously what the winner was supposed to get, or $3000. This is not at all difficult to understand.

I didn't see it as her playing naïve. He said he didn't produce any, then he said he did produce some, so she asked to see pics. Yes it would seem she already suspected he was just saying that, and she suspected correctly since he was deceptively talking about the fact he produced albinos he had no intention of sending her. I just don't see giving someone the benefit of the doubt is playing naïve. He was playing word games to get out of his obligation and she gave him the opportunity to show proof instead of just saying "I know you didn't produce any albinos and are trying to pass ones you buy off as your own". It's a less confrontational way to get to the same conclusion as far as I can see. Apart from having her just accept whatever he decided to send her, even though it was not what was agreed to initially, what would you have had her do?

Michelle says she used to be one of Ty's "groupies", in my mind that means she probably had respect for him in some fashion. I wish she had given him the benefit of the doubt and sent him her shipping address, and gotten something at least. This thread would not be here if she had because I think Ty would have sent her a $5000 purple Albino. I am just guessing, but the tegu that was "re-raffled" was a purple, and I would think Michelle could have sold it for a few thousand if she did not want it. Michelle knew there were no blues hatched, she was paying very close attention.
