    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

If that's all the effort that needs to be put into interpreting the entire situation - that that single post is really all the actually matters - that really just puts him in the position of owing you essentially any albino tegu. I don't see anything in that particular interpretation that would necessitate him providing a purple tegu; or even an animal that he produced.

The first post was to entice his followers.
The 2nd was when the raffle started technically

Most people including me did assume what he posted on march 9 was what the raffle was for. Entering into the "contract" with those assumptions in their minds.
His wording changed.
The only thing that stayed the same in all 3 posts was the tegu was "to be delivered in July" (2016)
That didn't happen, later to find out he couldn't even get the ones from the undesclosed Breeder, said he didn't owe me the money and said no to a t+ Tegu.
But later said he decided to give me the t+ (like the others received) but he didn't disclose that to me because he "wanted to see what type of person I was and that I wasn't greedy till the end"

No matter what I paid money to enter a raffle, I won and I didn't receive anything!!!

You received a refund after refusing the replacement prize offered. I suppose it is your choice not to accept your replacement winnings or the refund, but to then say that you received nothing is misleading (a.k.a. Lying).

No it's not lying
1. He never could even get the "replacement" prize so that's a moot point now.

2. Everyone knows here that the IRCF sent me a check for $400 after I sent them a letter asking for my prize and everyone was aware that
I did not cash it because that was not the raffle prize.

3. I believe After the IRCF got the demand letter from the attorney they tried sending me a PayPal refund of 400, I refunded it to them because again that was not what the raffle prize was. And when the IRCF did that, it was imo sneaky as they wrote " for a full refund"

I don't think many people would. The issue is, he never offered her anything. He says, clear as day, that he decided to send her one, but wouldn't, and didn't communicate that to her to "see how greedy she was."

To compare what happened to your analogy, you and two other people won camaros, but the dealership didn't actually have any to give away, and couldn't get anymore from the distributor, so they gave the other two people land rovers, and you got squat because you dared ask when and what would be delivered.

no offense meant but then I would think you would be just plain stupid for letting them off the hook, nothing to do with still getting "something".
its all about the terms which were clear as day and Park plain outright violated them and is only where he and the ircf are now because of his greed and arrogance, not the ops.........

This might be almost the silliest thing written yet in this thread. A Camaro bases at ~$25K and a Land Rover bases at around $85K. At least, the "Land Rover" model most people think of when you say "Land Rover" ... the Discovery Sport bases at $35K, but that's hardly what "Land Rover" means to most people who know what's up. EVEN SO, you have to put up a bare bones economy Land Rover against a loaded Camaro to even start to have your proposition make sense.

She won a Camaro, and was told that she would've gotten a Land Rover if she hadn't "been so greedy", i.e. wanted what she won fairly. As it stands, she has nothing, because she refused a payoff which was not in accordance with the terms of the raffle. Come on.

Quite off topic but tbh you would have to pay ME $85k to take a junk Land Rover.....I come from Blighty where they USED to be built and what a load of old smelly stuff they really are
Had my 2010 Camaro 2SS since new and still puts a smile on my face every day

But yes it was a pretty silly statement regardless....

Thanks for clarifying that. The statement I made didn't include any specific names. You're the only one who responded. And for what's worth, I'd say you're an asset here. Truth is, "seasoned" scammers are usually cloak and dagger (quiet). Right in you're face, yet can't seeum'.
 
t's unbelievable that 120 pages have been written about something that should have had one page ... maybe.

Michelle won a lottery / drawing and she was denied her prize. Done. WTH is left to say ?

I hope it gets resolved before court .... the court system isn't honest either in many cases.

Ty park has said publicly that he offered me the t+ tegu on several occasions and in here on his comment #77 he said "when I decided to give her a purple tegu I didn't communicate that with her because I wanted to see what kind of person she was and she was greedy till the end"

In here I asked him and his "lawyer" (from the same ip Address, possibly ty himself) a few times if he would like to settle this and give me the tegu? He obviously didn't answer, because IMO he didn't have any intentions on ever giving it to me.

Trust me I wish the IRCF and ty would do the right thing and we didn't have to go to court but it doesn't look like the will be happening :(

If the court finds in your favor, make sure your lawyer appeals to the court to have his fees (or part of his fees at least) paid by Ty instead of you.
