Yetti? LoL. Add onto that Glacier, Sunshine, etc etc.
Making up new trade names is okay, but when you solely do it to increase sales, I have a problem with that.
The Yetti thing is a great example. They produced this snake and had ads "Yetti Motleys". Well, what the hell is a yetti motley? Well, according to them it was a snake homozygous for amel, anery, hypo, and motley. Well guess what, we have an established trade name for snakes homo for anery, amel, and hypo. They're called coral snows, so why not call your 'new' snake a coral snow motley?
Sunshine corns? Nothing more than bright normals.
Glaciers? Snopals.
It's sad when you can't let your snakes do their own selling, and you have to coin these absurd trade names to make them sound like something new and exciting.
And yes, selling snakes as 'proven breeders' and then shipping out a 150 gram snake is poor, very, very poor.
